Unfortunately not able to give a no star rating !
The item took almost three weeks to arrive, and when it did eventually turn up it was stuffed into a tiny plastic bag.
The quality of the material was shocking and resembled tent material !
I have spent the past two week trying to obtain a refund and return the item to a UK address, which has turned out to be impossible as they told me it has to be sent back to China which could cost up to £30 in postage and customs payments.
I have now thrown the item away and have learnt not to buy off any website that I have not previously heard of.
Sadly lesson learnt the hard way.

Conscious deceit and fraud. The dungarees I ordered and received are not made of the same material used in the photo and video adverts. A total scam. The quality is so very poor, the flower print material is not the same scale as the adverts, large and child like, panels don’t align, buttons /fastening not as advertised, paper thin. don’t waste your money … after the weeks and weeks and weeks of waiting for your delivery, you will be trying to get a refund.. best of luck with that.

This is not a UK company and there is no refund policy. The goods come from China and are appauling. Oversized, thin material and pattern nothing like picture of dungarees. that is not true to size. I had a week of arguing and negotiation to return but it's at the Buyer's expense and is around £15. I feel cross I didn't read reviews so please I urge you not to touch them with a barge pole. They are complete SCAMMERS and should not be allowed to get away with this.

An absolute scam. Advertising what look good quality but a worthless rag turns up. Then fails to honor their advert refund policy and spams you with a discount on another purchase. We ordered a pair of their dungarees and cheap thin material printed so poorly it looks like an infant painted it and dosent match across the panels.Stitching was all weak and the buckles were rediculously twice the size of the straps.
Awful experience and still no refund.

Sent me a clothing item that is only fit for the 'rag bag'. Dreadful fabric, mismatched pattern and amateur stitching.... offered me 100% credit for their store when I complained! As if I'd want more rags!

My order was placed over a month ago, Despite several requests l have not received any update! Evri say that they have not received the item.

Do not buy from this site. I paid.£45 for a linen effect graphic pattern low waisted sleeveless dress. When it arrived, it was a 100% shiny white cheap tacky polyester dress with black printed stripes. I wouldn’t have paid £5 for it! As with the previous reviews I wish there had been some truthful information about this company, and getting a refund will probably be a nightmare. I noticed that the company is not replied to any of these negative comments. I wonder why?

SCAM - Would give zero if I could. Kick myself for not reading the other reviews. Took weeks to arrive, terrible quality jumpsuit like a cheap tent material, requested return/ refund ... continued offers of keeping item I did not want and giving me a gesture refund 10/20/30% ... finally an offer to return the item but it would cost me £30 (estimate) which is more than original £29.99 item cost. Absolute scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - beyond annoyed 😠

Wished I had read the reviews before ordering. I have been unable to return and get a full refund on a dress that I ordered and have reluctantly settled for a 30% refund as I’ve been told that’s the best they can do despite advertising that a full refund will be given within 14 days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a pair of dungarees. They didn't say they were coming from China. Item arrived after 2 weeks. They were so cheap and nasty we didn't take them out of the tiny bag they came in. Trying to return as per their 30day guarantee but they are not interested unless send back to China. They are not fit for dusters. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t usually find sandals I can wear for long, but these are so comfortable. They fit really well and I can already tell I’ll be wearing them a lot!

The dungarees I ordered are far from the dungarees advertised online. Poor quality, poor fit and not even the same print.
For the last few days I have been asking for a refund. I have been fobbed off with promises of discounts and finally I have been offered 30% refund. !!!

Really happy with the shoes good quality and arrived quickly. No problems at all.

The dress took a little longer to arrive than I expected which was a shame I was kept informed though so I knew what was happening.

Despite checking their return policy before ordering I have spent 2 weeks trying to activate a return of a dress that was very poorly sized, and not a good match to the (I now realise) AI generated image on their site. Have finally given up and taken a 30% refund. Usual China product/can’t return issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Love the dress, great fit and really comfortable material with a lovely flow. I had a small issue with my order but communication was excellent and it was sorted very quickly. Really pleased and would definitely recommend.

If there was a no star option I’d have chosen it.
Quite simply this so called company is a scam.
My item has not arrived (I don’t believe it was ever sent) nor have any of my emails been responded to.
I should have read reviews before I bought, as apparently, when items do occasionally arrive they are of extremely poor quality.

Don’t touch these scammers.

This was my second order and I’m just as happy as the first time. The fit is perfect for me and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I’ve already ordered another two dresses using my discount!

Really pleased with the cardigan. It looks lovely, fits well and the sizing was just as expected. Delivery took a little longer than I thought, but I was kept updated throughout which was reassuring. Overall very happy with my order.
