Cannot contact customer service to access online banking. Two hours on hold and got nowhere. No system to retrieve customer access details online like other banks have

I was pre approved online and only went ahead with the application due to the message during the application stage.

Waste of time to find out that there is an extra entry/enquiry on my credit file and the application did not go through.

Buyer beware … Don't waste your time —- False advertising!!

My wife had an account with this pack of heartless insensitive a holes. On trying to close the account I provided the original will and cremation certificates. Guess what. That is not good enough. They want the originals certified. The stupid accounts woman even suggested providing the ashes would help. No respect of any kind. Go back to Victoria.

A splendid bank. Their website is the most easy-to-use of any Australian bank I've used, and I've used them all over the last fifty years.

I only stick with BB because it would be too hard to switch all by cards, money transfers, etc.
I'm pissed off by the fact that many BB auto tellers have removed the deposit option.
They're a pack of jerks who never listen to their creditors (Us).

Bendigo Bank pride themselves in not being like the big banks. In reality, that is exactly what they are. Almost impossible to talk to on the phone unless it's at their convenience. I spent 2 HOURS on hold for a simple task. ( I live in a rural area so phone is usually best option). That was a fortnight ago. Today tried the call back thing and it was an hour late at which time I was at work. I ended up speaking to a man with broken english who informed me that BBL don't have a dedicated complaints department and he would pass it on. I am still not certain if this is true or he was just ignorant! I have been with this lot since it was Bendigo Building Society, 25 years or so. I will be joining a Credit Union.
