I am very happy with the letting services provided by Benham & Reeves at their Highgate office. In particular, Ivan Hrissimov is doing an great job.

Friendly and easy to deal with.

I have been renting my flat for last 4 years from this agency. I am very satisfied with their services and I recommend them.

The most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had with any estate agency. Was lied to multiple times from a manager, then called the management office who told me to raise a complaint with the person who lied to me. Incredible.
Update: I've since sent an email to the complaints department, they havent bothered to reply.

Responsive team to respond to all types of queries and issues.

Benham has been helping me to find suitable tenant and set an appropriate rental fee that the tenant feels agreeable and I feel satisfied. Each time they find me professional tenants to rent the apartments. Thank you letting agent Dele Laeal to deal with the new tenant for me. I feel happy to have a good tenant. Thanks. Benham also look after the apartment utilities and perform inspections of the apartment to allow the tenant feels comfortable to live there. Thanks again too.

We received a very good service with fast communication by Di and Joanna. Everything was clear and assuring throughout the moving process.

Honestly the best experience I have had with an agent I didn’t get into the exact mechanisms of what is a company policy and what is not but for sure people here are gems who help whenever possible and genuinely advice based on what is best for you rather than try to manipulate you into one option or another because they want to increase their profits …etc.

For the two years I dealt with them I kept being surprised that my thinking of all best cases for me is matched and even surpassed by them any time I ask for advice I even told them that this is genuinely what kept me in until I left the country. I highly recommend them just go in person and explain what you want and need and hopefully you will get an honest opinion which is unfortunately rare these days.
