Like many others I am still waiting for my pending transfers of over $140 now, it’s been almost 2 months for one of them and still nothing. Up until recently I have enjoyed this app but now it seems like they don’t value the people who keep them going.

This app used to be a five. Unfortunately in December they “upgraded”.
Since then I have not received any of the rewards I have requested.
The rewards you earn are now pended for three months. You then request the rewards and are queued for an unidentified time. I have been waiting since before the update for my rewards.
This update also limited how you can receive rewards. You can no longer withdraw to your bank account. There are options such as Venmo and PayPal. Unfortunately as I am in their non stop queue I do not know if they work.
It would be nice if the effort placed on responding platitudes of limits slowing them down to bad reviews they took that time to fix their system.
I would recommend to not waste your time with this company.

I've been waiting 15 weeks for my first withdraw. A whopping $50 has yet to be paid. In the meantime, I have received withdraws from Pogo and Just Play, both same day.
DO NOT USE BENJAMIN, unless you want to be on the hook for 6+ months trying to get your money.
BENJAMIN IS A SCAM.

Have not received rewards
I’ve been using Benjamin for almost a year now and at the beginning, I used to never have problems with withdrawing, and now I have withdrawals that have been queued since December that have not been paid. On top of the fact that I had to wait three months for them to allow me to make the request for withdrawal now it is March and I still have not gotten my money.

Total Scam!!
Used to be a great way to earn a little extra money. I've used it for about two years and in that time I earned maybe $400. Obviously not enough to live on, but a little extra help with groceries and stuff. You could cash out easily and get your money deposited or get gift cards. Then came the update in December 2025.....
Now all your money earned from games and surveys goes into a "queue"...which holds your money for months. You can only withdraw $50 a day and it can only be Venmo or PayPal instead of easy to use gift cards. Customer care used to be fantastic, now all you get is a generic message saying they're experiencing a high volume and payouts are taking longer than usual. Looking at the recent reviews on the Appstore tells the story...nobody is getting their money. Most people have been waiting for months to collect and have gotten nothing. I currently have $100 to cash out and I'm assuming I will never see it. So disappointed that their greed has ruined this app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!!! IT IS 100% A SCAM!!!!!

I’ve been waiting since December 12th for $84 worth of payments. This used to be a great app, now it’s a scam. If you try and resolve anything you get the same automated response about how they now have a queue due to high amounts of payment requests. Apparently that queue is never ending.

Being defrauded SUCKS!
I was a loyal, active and happy user up until December 3, 2025 when all payouts were paused. Identical to the other reviews, after repeatedly requesting assistance I received the same automated response without resolution. I am owed $206.48. I was trying to earn money for my grandkids Christmas. I feel like an idiot for being defrauded. If I receive my payout, I will update this review accordingly.

Don’t waste your time with this app
Don’t waste your time with this app. I’m currently on 60 days waiting for my rewards to deposit. If you contact customer support, they only give you an explanation of their new process. They don’t look into why your deposit is delayed. It sits in a queue and you have to wait.

The biggest scam for games
This site will promise to pay you. Good luck ever getting your money. They've had my payout in "pending " since Dec 12 and 20th. They owe so many people money. They used to be reputable. No longer. They're just taking advertiser's money and lying to the people who play!
Waiting for over three months for a payout has nothing to do with limits and whatever BS this company claims. They owe so many of us money and have just chosen not to pay!

Benjamin used to be a legit app to earn rewards. When they had gift cards, cashing out took about a week or less. Since they changed their cashout procedure, it seems like a scam now. Do NOT use this app. I have been waiting over 3 months on 3 cashout requests of $50.00. I also have 3 more $50 cashout requests that are also “in queue” with no updates. You email customer service and instantly get a BS auto reply about being in queue and it may take longer than the expected date. It’s been 3 months and I still don’t have an “expected date”. Seems like this app has become a scam. Edit: I finally got all my requested cashouts processed. I have changed my review. Still took too long, but they honored my requests.

Dying Business Refusing To Pay
Doesn't pay out and ignores users while providing automated responses telling you to wait an undisclosed amount of time to get a human response- which will never come. They've shut down/locked up social media accounts to prevent users from providing public facing reviews
EDIT (3/24): despite the reply here benjaminone still has not resolved this issue AND they keep closing my ticket requesting answers by saying that the withdrawal is in the "processing queue" and that I will be notified "when its in the queue". I am having to manually reopen the ticket on their support site.

Started off wonderfully…
The app started off wonderfully! And then it turned to crap. Just like everyone else, I’ve been waiting on a cashout for months. Since December 16th to be exact. It is now March 19th… and still no word when it will process. No response from customer service. And their Facebook page has been deleted. It’s only $36.94 but that would have been great to have for Christmas like I (and many many others) was expecting! I hate to agree but it seems this app has become a scam :(

Accumulated funds to withdraw but still waiting after 3+ months
I downloaded and started using this app because it had such great reviews. Why not earn $ for playing games? But after their update in December, it has become impossible to withdrawal funds. I currently have 3 withdrawals from $25-38 (nothing large), the first was requested December 9. I have received none. I’ve decided to quit using the app until I actually start receiving funds. There are so many of these kind of apps out there, so don’t waste your time with this one.

Bait and Switch
I’ve been using this app for a long time playing the games, but so far I have been waiting 99 days for my cash withdrawal. Their customer service just circle jerks you but nothing is ever resolved.

I have had multiple withdrawals in a queue since Dec 9,2025 it’s now the middle of March and I’m still waiting. It originally said 3+ days for payment and now there is no time frame for payment. Complete an offer and you have to wait until it says it can go into your account for withdrawal. This app used to be awesome and I would have given it 5 stars but since all of the apps updates I am really ready to delete it. But I want my money and they don’t need to charge me for the 99 cent instant withdrawal because it’s not instant when I’m waiting over 3 months.

This app is not legit to what they say!
I used to love this app. It was my go-to app for gaming. Payouts were very quick and easy. After about a year of playing with them, it's impossible to get payouts! And you can't reach an actual person through customer service. They send you automated messages saying the same thing about having withdrawal limits due to high demand. Very poor customer service! I requested a payout on December 10, 2025 and still haven't received it!

Read the Review on LINE - Doesn't Pay the Users
This app does not meet the basic expectations of the user. I met the basic requirement to receive my money $25.00, but have not received it. I have sent emails, screen shots, and posted on Apple, but receive the same message each time. The money has not left the QUE since January 23rd. It now has been more than two months. I use multiple apps like Benjamin and this is absolutely the worst. You can not trust the company.

Benjamin does everything possible to avoid and delay paying honest gaming and survey people.
When you earn points, you have to go and claim them. Then, in almost all cases, once claimed, we must wait 2 months to withdraw the reward. I was told this is to be consistent with similar sites. That is..
A FLAT OUT LIE!!
I regularly use a dozen or more survey/gaming/shopping reward sites.
And none of them..NONE hold your rewards for 60 days.
Many are immediately paid out, while a few may take 4 or 5 days.
But WAIT...It gets worse!!
On 02/28, i cashed out rewards from 7 different sites I use. Of the 7, I received payouts to PayPal or Amazon gift cards all within 3 days except for 1 site.
And that site??
Well Benjamin of course.
Now you must understand that the money I chose to withdraw was money that had been in the 60 day delay. So earned 2 months ago. And upon cashing out my money finally, I was informed that it was going into the "Queue" !! And would be release "sometime" basically.
Benjamin's suspicious Queue where money disappears for long long LONG periods of time! My money I earned 2 months ago, went into the DREADED "Queue" 17 Days ago, and I have no idea when it will be released!! So now waiting 77 DAYS for $$ I honestly earned.
My comments to the Benjamin Customer Service people and executives are.
You should begin immediately hold back your own DAMN pay for 60 days. And when it's ready to be released, you can shove it up....
Your QUEUE!!!
I have received BENJAMIN'S response.
And I don't care WHAT THEY CLAIM, of the dozens and dozens of survey and gaming sites in have used over now a 5 year period. None of them. And I mean NONE OF THEM freeze your earnings for 60 days and then throws them in an indefinite period in some stupid Queue with the excuse that it takes time to get through all the payouts That's BS and you know it!
It's probably because this is the most mismanaged site for survey takers and gamers
NO WONDER YOUR RATING SUCKS!!
