Please accept our sincere apologies that we could not fulfil your order completely, we completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be and we are looking into how we can improve our ordering and stock systems.

I hope you are now in receipt of the rest of your order as I understand from our couriers that they have been left with a neighbour, however if this is not the case, please let us know (m.bent@bents.co.uk) so we can investigate further.

We are so sorry for any disappointment you were caused, initially by not being able to fulfil your order but by not receiving an explanation.

I have spoken with our Online Colleagues and it appears an email has been sent to you, however these can occasionally be misdirected to junk or spam folders, so it may have been in there.

There appears to have been some errors which unfortunately resulted in the items you ordered not being reserved and for that I can only offer you my sincere apologies.

We are so sorry that we were unable to fulfil your entire order and for any inconvenience caused with an incorrect item; our One and Only Sale is extremely popular and items can become out of stock very quickly.

Our colleagues have processed a refund however this can take up to five working days before being seen in your account and so you should have received this by now, if not please let us know and we will investigate.

We can only apologise for any disappointment caused and thank you for getting in touch.
