I was told that the death of my


I was told that the death of my daughter and parents and the crippling grief I'm still suffering was too long ago for them to help me. So get in quickly if you want your help.

Lesley took us on a professional tour


Lesley took us on a professional tour today around the funeral directors and the crematorium and was very informative with the information she gave us, very polite and gave us honest opinions and answers to the questions we had.

The counselling that I received from


The counselling that I received from Ang amazing. It was my first experience and I had my reservations but I'm so glad I did it. My grief had completely overwhelmed me and Ang helped me work through my thoughts and feelings and gave me the tools I didn't know I needed to manage my thoughts. She was patient, empathetic and I really felt able to share exactly how I was feeling. Some times good, sometimes not. I will be forever thankful for the time and understanding shown to me as the difference Ange made has been life changing for me.

The counselling I have received from
Serena

The counselling I have received from Serena has helped my enormously and I wouldn't be in a much better place now if it wasn't for her listening, patience and guidance. I have gained so much from the counselling with Serena, she has helped me to deal with my grief and given me the tools to overcome and deal with anxiety, depression and confidence. Thank you so much Serena. She is truly a professional and Bereavement Care are very lucky to have her as part of their team.

Understood my needs totally

Lesley was so lovely and understood my needs totally. She has great knowledge, skills and just the right approach so that I was able to express my grief and go on to talk to my close friends and family.

So helpful

Everyone has been so kind & understanding especially Ali, it is the worst time of my life, but being able to speak honestly, not worry about crying, to someone who understands & can give good advice, plus make you realise how you feel is ok, is priceless, I am so glad I chose the Co-op funeral service, Thankyou
