My journey of growth with Ish

Ish is an incredible therapist and I cannot recommend her services enough. I first started sessions with her for therapy when I was going through a rough patch. Even after that period, I still have sessions with her as she is also an excellent life coach. She takes the time to listen and understand your situation before offering practical advice and validate your feelings if needed.

Therapy is the best personal investment I have made, and I am so grateful to have Ish as a key pillar in my growth journey. She's changed my life for the better!

My journey with Ish & VQT 🀩🙏🏻

Working with Ish & VQT over the past few years has been a journey of immense patience, growth, ane self discovery in more ways than I imagined. Her leadership coaching has challenged and assisted my mindset, helping me recognise my strengths, blockages, and areas for improvement. Through her guidance and psychoeducation, I have improved my interpersonal and communication skills. Allowing me to effectively work within teams (an area of improvement), whilst still embracing and applying my individual strengths.

Be aware though! Ish will hold you accountable, encouraging you to step fully into your potential, both personally and professionally.
