We having been using New Start for a number of years, booth as a counselling service for children, and as a supervision service for staff. Their approach is caring and inclusive. Staff really appreciate Sarah's insightful support when discussing challenges, both professional and personal, and sessions are sought after. Edwana has sensitively supported a number of children in our school over the years and really makes a difference to them. I would recommend New Start with out hesitation.

Sarah's supportive and understanding approach has made a meaningful difference to staff wellbeing in school. She creates a safe and confidential space where staff feel comfortable discussing challenges, both personal and professional. New Start was so responsive and immediately made me feel like there was going to be some real support for my child. The sessions were so helpful and supported my child to express how they were feeling and, more importantly, manage some very big emotions.

We use New Start to support our staff team. Our team are lived experience and have often had historic trauma in their lives which they need support with, or are maybe going through a difficult period in their lives. The feedback we get from staff is very positive and that they really benefit from their sessions with New Start counsellors
