Took them several days to resolve the problem of no hot water. Fitted a new gas valve, but the problem returned a few days later. They also charged me for a service that they never did. However, this was credited when I raised the matter. When the problem returned, I called a BAXI engineer who arrived next day and fixed the boiler properly. He stated the gas valve had not been calibrated properly and that there were issues with the ignition electrodes and the seal. Overall, not a great experience with Bespoke and not value for money given it cost £320.

Bespoke Gas, headed by Anthony is one of those local companies you like to deal with, offering exceptional service and an attention to detail that gives you confidence you are in safe hands. The whole team is friendly and courteous and very responsive to any communication. (even when you accidently pocket dial them!) Anthony fitted our new Bosch combi boiler in 2020 and the whole process went smoothly and without fuss, Ryan recently carried out the latest annual service and we were particularly impressed with his proactive approach, re-evaluating boiler settings that would reduce energy consumption. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We had a small issue with our boiler, so rang our usual plumbers ,Bespoke Gas, and they came later that afternoon. After listening to what happened, they checked all parts and eventually found the problem, which could easily be sorted. Put our minds at rest.

Absolutely fantastic job. New Worcester Bosch cdi boiler fitted, system flushed and TRV’s fitted to radiators., all works beautifully.

Bespoke Gas have been excellent. Customer service 10/10 from Kate as she goes above and beyond to help get any problems sorted. We had a leak and she managed to get someone out to us that afternoon. Ryan fixed the issue with ease and we were back up running. Really appreciate a great company, thank you so much.

Bespoke Gas fitted a Worcester Bosch boiler, power flushed the system, installed a new pump and a Hive thermostat system. Work was completed over two days as agreed and everything was left clean and tidy. The new system, including Hive, was explained clearly.

We had some water leaking from our boiler. Ryan the engineer arrived promptly on time. Diagnosed the fault and told us what needed doing to ensure the boiler was safe to use. Return appointments were made with the very friendly and efficient Kate in the office. The boiler is back up and running. Thank you. You have been recommended to our neighbours opposite already. Well done.

Booked in for a service and the automated system was very good for keeping us updated on arrival time etc.

Ryan was very polite and friendly and quickly identified the issues with our boiler. He suggested a few things we could do to be more energy-efficient and was very tidy overall so couldn't be more pleased.

First time in using Bespoke Gas to have boiler serviced .Very impressed with the service we received. Kept us informed of the date and time. Very pleasant chap came and was efficient and thorough. Anthony has recently helped us sort out a heating problem in our rental house, going above and beyond normal service, correcting mistakes made by the plumber sent by the managing agents. He and his team give absolute first class service and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, also a big shout out to Kate for keeping us in touch with things as we are currently out of the country

I have been extremely impressed with Bespoke Gas. My boiler broke down and the levels of service they provided were second to none. They made sure that they had the correct parts required so that the boiler could be fixed in one call-out and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They also provided regular updates. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again in future.

So glad I have this company's number in my phone. By far the best I've dealt with and if you have any issues at all with heating and hot water, call them. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and very reasonably priced. Thankyou. See you next year for my boiler and megaflo service.

Bespoke Gas Ltd fitted a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Style and powerflushed our system. The boiler was relocated from a kitchen cupboard to the airing cupboard.

Anthony and his team were on time, and their workmanship was excellent. They left everything clean after each day and covered all our floors and work areas before starting work. For 2 full days they didn't stop!!!

I would truly recommend Bespoke Gas Ltd to anyone who needs assistance with their heating system.

I made a call in the morning and by the afternoon I had someone come and check on what we thought was a radiator leak. The engineer got on the case quick to identify where the leak was and was able to start on the job straight away. Great customer service! The team were very empathetic to my situation. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Since my last input on the services of Bespoke Gas Limited, I have been unfortunate in experiencing two further water leaks. On both occasion the leaks were discovered late on a cold, dreary and thoroughly unpleasant winter’s afternoon. As always, the response from Bespoke Gas was nothing short of brilliant. While one leak was thankfully slow and easily containable and therefore non urgent, the second was most definitely not, taking out all hot water and central heating. Anthony Stark yet again proved his outstanding dedication to his profession and customers with a response that was more that anyone could have wished for. At the end of an extremely long and exhausting day’s work with other customers, Anthony, having sought from me pictures of the offending leak and passing instructions how to minimise water damage, turned up on my door well into the evening, with the necessary items to effect a swift and professional repair. Said it before and will say again, Bespoke Gas Ltd are a “Premier” local plumbing company providing quality work of the highest order in all they undertake.
