Grand Union Plumbing & Heating レビュー

This company is awesome. For any relationship to work, quality, service and price are the key components. Grand Union snag all three - every time.

Great service . Andy was professional, explaining in details and did an amazing job. He left the work area clean and tidy.
I Recommend Grand Union.

Great service, we needed a new boiler, the whole installation was completed in under 6 hours, including a chemical flush of the system and fixing & cleaning a few minor things along the way. I can’t rate them highly enough.

Great service. On time. Got kept up to date with arrival time. Clean and tidy

Fast, efficient, friendly👍👍👍

Received a text about 10 minutes before Mitch arrived. Completed the job, made sure everything was working & even recommended to turn the Boiler dial down to reduce energy costs. Very pleased with the Service, again.

Always on time, fast and generally lovely people that work there.

Arrived on time and great service

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, and very tidy installation. The heat pump is working perfectly and the team explained everything clearly. Highly recommended.
Thanks Connor for the amazing job!!

We don't have hot water occasionally. Contact them by leaving a message at 0830, get a call back at 0920. Booked an inspection on the same day, and they come and fix it before 1pm. They explain the reasons causing the issue and what could happened in the future.

What stood out most for me was Andy’s friendly approach and willingness to explain the problem and solution clearly. Overall, outstanding customer service.

Professional and knowledgeable. Efficiently carried out their job.

I have been using GU Plumbing & Heating for some years now and they never fail to provide a first class service from start to finish. It is so easy to book an appointment and I am kept informed including a call when they are on their way. The work carried out is always faultless and is followed up with a work report. The area being worked is always left clean and tidy. All the guys I have ever met are friendly and professional and always look neat and tidy. Wouldn't use anyone else for all my plumbing needs including boiler services.

Excellent service, kept informed of time the plumber arriving and he did the repair quickly and efficiently

Exceptional service, just can’t fault the way we have been looked after - hot water cylinder replacement, lots of pipework, shower replacement and tiling.

Fantastic from start to finish - fully recommended.

Had a full boiler refit. Grand Union quoted me a better price than British Gas, and over 3 days of power flushing, fitting, and Hive setup, it was a stress free process.

Connor was friendly, professional and efficient, doing all the work (on his own throughout) with zero fuss.

Admin process is also great. Easy to contact Mitch or Lauren, pay invoices and get details of the work electronically. It is a very professionally run business with top notch customer service.

After care service is also great and always happy to help, and their Home Cover contracts are great value.

I would highly recommend Grand Union to anyone in Milton Keynes for any of their plumbing and heating needs!

Adam is a master of his craft. He diagnosed the issue with my heating system within 5 minutes of attending and fixed the system within the hour. Would highly recommend
