We’re glad to hear that you find the oil’s texture pleasant and that it absorbs easily, although we’re sorry the scent was not to your preference.

Regarding the subscription, we understand your concern about the wording you saw at checkout. Our subscription option indicates that the product is delivered monthly, with the wording “Ships Every 30 Days.” The order confirmation and subsequent dispatch information also include the subscription details. That said, we appreciate your feedback that this could be clearer, and we’re continually reviewing how we communicate recurring orders so customers can make fully informed choices.

We’re also pleased that our Customer Care team was able to assist with cancelling the subscription once you contacted us. We’re sorry, however, that the second order came as an unexpected expense for you.

To get the most from Magic Body Oil, apply it daily to slightly damp skin after your shower or bath, gently massaging in upward movements until absorbed. Applying to damp skin helps lock in moisture, and making it part of your daily routine gives you a consistent way to assess your progress. We recommend allowing around eight weeks of daily use, as changes can be gradual and results vary from person to person.
