We’re sorry to see that you’ve posted a second review, particularly as we have been actively trying to address your concerns and have not received a response to our recent emails.

We would like to clarify the cancellation timeline, as the emails in your account show a different sequence from what is described in this review.

In your July 31 email, you specifically asked us to allow the second shipment to process and then cancel the subscription. You wrote: “Please allow the next shipment to process, then cancel.” You also asked whether we could automatically cancel it afterward.

Our team confirmed on August 3 that your subscription had been set to expire automatically after the second order processed, and that you would not need to contact us again to cancel it.

The shipment you received in September was that second shipment you had asked us to allow to process. Following that shipment, your subscription was cancelled as confirmed, and there are no further recurring subscription orders scheduled.

We had already provided this assurance in our previous communication, and we also sent further emails in September to keep you informed. We are reiterating this information here so the cancellation timeline is clear and accurate.

If you believe there is a separate issue that remains unresolved, please respond directly to our emails. We genuinely want to resolve any remaining concerns through direct communication, but we need a response from you in order to address anything further.
