Quick processing and shipping and quality is outstanding!

Absolute false advertising regarding delivery times. They are also NOT a Canadian company. I ordered for a special occasion based on estimated delivery times and added an extra week for cushion. I am now 3 weeks into the process and have just received an email saying it will be another 8 working days. Misleading, misrepresenting, obfuscated information. I don't care if this is the best quality item ever, this experience has been awful.

I placed my order in Jan and it was never shipped. I followed up on the order and they said they had to remake my photos but were not able to help me by placing a rush on the new order. I finally received the new order and the frames were damaged so now I have to wait on my third order…without a rush!! When I finally received my order 9 weeks later…they didn’t send the magnets for the photos. They sent out magnets that arrived 2 weeks later. The whole process took way too long and there was nothing offered but an apology. I would never order from this company again!

I’ve been a customer for 5 years and never disappointed. My favs are the MixPix as they come with strong magnets, making wall installs easy and gives the ability to easily redecorate. I conveniently upload images right from my phone and within a week or two I have beautiful, high quality prints, ready to decorate my walls, I’ve even gifted some. Prices are competitive, cheaper than any professional photographer prints. Thank you BestCanvas for consistent and great customer service.

In my Best Canvas account, I'm not allowed to update my email address. I asked the question to their A.I. bot and this was the answer I got:

"Unfortunately, our system does not allow you to change the email address on an existing account."

It then goes on to say that you can just create a new account with a new email. Like, seriously?

Also, it won't let me update my password.

Can you believe that in 2026, a company that sells merch / services on their website won't allow you to update your email and password?

I have no words.

Price was good and hopefully the review isn’t too high…no matter the quality. The reason I say this is I thought, my bad for assuming, that a .ca company was Canadian. I went to check where it was being shipped from and it’s New York.

Here comes the Canadian part…I’m sorry as I’m sure they are good people running this company. However my entire hope was to buy from a Canadian company, which this is not.

I wish them well, but for reasons beyond their control and mine, I will not be using them again.

4/16 Edit. They reply to your review that they will email and address your concern, but they never send the email. It is just to look good.

I ordered a 40x24 canvas from a picture I took. The order process and shipping were good. What I'm troubled by is the quality of the picture. The picture itself is quite blurry and not crisp. It would have been appreciated if they had mentioned this before printing on canvas that the resolution was not correct or that it would not look very good and quite like someone would expect. For this I'm disappointed. Better communication on the outcome would have been expected.

The whole process was easy to order and we received our order in good time.

The mixtiles themselves turned out so cute and arrived quite quickly. However they do not stick to the wall very well. Within an hour all but one had fallen off the wall.

Ordering is easy. Delivery is quick. The quality is very good. The price is excellent. My whole apartment is decorated with canvas prints of my favourite photos. I highly recommend Best Canvas.

The positive aspect is it’s half the price of the competitors. Relatively quick production and shipping, no issues with the package crossing the border (only paid the usual taxes at the time of purchase, no additional fees on arrival). Unfortunately, I thought the attractive price was because of the volume, but it’s most likely because of the quality. Canvas is thin and feels like plastic, plus the prints are barely protected in the packaging (just covered with a thin loose plastic bag in the cardbox), resulting in corners and edges being worn out when it arrives. The worn out portions would not show if you frame the canvas print, but it’s a turn off when you don’t. Wanted to try Bestcanvas, deceived.

Will most likely order from a competitor at twice the price to be able to display my prints. Lesson learned.

The web ad, and website clearly state 24 hour shipping and dispatch, it's been 6 days and my order still has not shipped. This has not stopped this deceptive and ingenuine service from sending me multiple emails trying to upsell me on other products I can only assume will also not ship.

Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a pillow and it came in horribly printed, not the size and over all horrible purchase. Customer service was hard to reach, took weeks to get a refund which they wouldn’t do but said to try another product at the same price point. Ordered another product only for it it come in with the ink all bubbled and chipped. I would not recommend this company for the printer pillow or puzzles as that’s what I ordered as for other products perhaps their photo prints are better quality but I can’t say.

Always great service and great products

I had a 2 month deadline. I was surprised to realize after submitting the order that it would take several weeks, but not bothered since there was plenty of time. Finally the print was to be delivered but it wasn't. When I checked the tracking, it said my package had been returned TO FLORIDA as "undeliverable." It turned out my buzzer is broken. They did not text, email or call me--or, like most delivery companies, get let in and deliver to my door.
I spoke with customer service. They were nice. They couldn't locate the package, but would kindly reprint a new one as this might be quickest. No worries she said, I would have it in time. My item is an award for service to be presented this weekend at an event. No problem she said. Ten days ago I got an email that my print was printed and on its way to the shipper. Plenty of time, I thought. Today I contacted the shipping company--they had not yet received my print. Chatted with customer service who suggested printing out a new one. It would take 8-0 business days to print. Please cancel and refund my money, I asked.
Did find out that some part of this company is in Ohio. So none of it is Canadian. Unless the shipping company Ascendia is. I'm not thrilled with them, either.
So go ahead and use if you don't care when you receive your print. Probably it will arrive eventually if you keep after them.
