Easy to order, quick to ship but man. Horrible quality pictures, no wall hanging hardware and expensive af. Go somewhere else.

Posterjack USA quality and service is great. I have never had an issue with anything on my lithograph prints. They package the pieces well and use quality products.

Ordered two prints, they've been "in transit" for three weeks -- to get across Canada. The tracking system says its never been picked up from the company, so I contacted customer support - chat only, no phone number, who first told me the order was lost and never picked up and is being reprinted, then I was told by someone else it's on the way... its a hoax, don't believe the 5 star reviews as you'll lose your money like I did. Not a real company, not real reviews and they don't actually send you ordered products.

Bought a large canvas print expecting premium quality for this premium price. Got bad sawtooth mounts that aren't affixed to the frame properly so they can't even be used (despite their own Youtube saying it would be wire framed), colour that's off so the picture went from bright and cheery to dark and gloomy, canvas wraps on the edges that aren't attached properly so they float off the frame, and support who's response to these concerns is more or less "sorry lol *shrug emoji*".

Go use someone else for 1/2 the price since you'll get the same thing anyway.

I have order canvases and I was satisfied, so I ordered photo books which I am not happy with, most of the pictures are darker and don't have the vibrance I see on my computer, my pictures were mainly of bears and I like to see the eyes of the animal which I can see on my pictures on my computer but not in the photo book, very disappointed

I ordered two Classic Metal Prints based upon information provided on Posterjack.ca site, Delivery was great, however the product recieved was less than stellar. Image provided to them(Posterjack) was high quality, I have had the same image printed on Canvas(NOT by Posterjack) and it turned out perfect. When I called to complain, I was basically told it was my fault. I fail to see how printing something too light and lacking detail is my fault. Only solution was to pay another $200 to have the order redone with no guarantee it will be done correctly second time around. I would not recommend this company for any metal printing needs. So basicaly I now have two Metal prints that will be thrown in the trash, I might be able to salvage the frames

I created 3 A0 photocollages for a wedding. One of photos of the 'young bride'. One of photos of the 'young groom' and one of photos of the happy couple..

The ordering process is very slick. You just navigate to where you've stored the jpeg you want to print, and click on upload.
Shortly afterwards you are advised on screen if the image is of a sufficiently high quality to print.
I made the poster frames myself and they are 814mm wide - just slightly smaller than A0.
I expected to get an A0 posters with white borders - but PosterJack even cut the poster to my quoted width. Great service. And fast delivery from Germany to UK.

J'ai commandé le 5 novembre trois panneaux format 45X90 cm en Alu Digibon pour un montant total de 480 euros.
Trois semaines plus tard et sans me prévenir du jour de livraison comme je l'avais demandé j'ai un avis d'instance postal. Je me déplace pour réceptionner trois énormes colis. La qualité est décevante pour un prix élevé. Les couleurs sont trop sombres pas éclatantes malgré les promesses du support qualifié de haute qualité. Trop cher pour ce que c'est.

Hab 3 großformatige Fotoabzüge bestellt und bin voll zufrieden. Besonders cool fand ich, dass auf der Website angezeigt wurde bis zu welchem Format die Druckqualität noch zufriedenstellend ist.
