I HAVE TOLD YOU TO PICK UP WITHIN 24HOURS IN WRITING BUT YOU REFUSED. I POSTED BACK YOUR ITEMS BACK TO YOU WHICH WAS SIGNED FOR BY YOUR STAFF. WORST GYM COMPANY. I HAVE SENT YOU COMPLAINT LETTER BY RECORDED DELIVERY BUT NO RESPONSE. THE GIRL ON THE PHONE TOLD ME SHE WILL DO EXCHANGE BUT I AM NOT INTERESTED-A GIRL THAT IS A LYING TONGUE DIDNT YOU SAY ON THE PHONE YOU WILL EXCHANGE BUT I AM NOT ACCEPTING EXCHANGE, YOU ARE LIAR AND A SCAMMER. From start 2 finish excellent service would recommend 2 anyone that wants quality & speedy delivery 10 out 10

I received an email informing me that the air bike I had ordered was discontinued. I declined the offer to pre-order the new model, however they still debited my credit card. No response to my email requesting an immediate refund.
The matter has been resolved and the money refunded.

I couldn't be happier with the service that Best Gym Equipment provided. Great customer service. There were some delays due to the supplier having forgotten to ship a key part to them but Lauren proactively kept me informed regularly and provided me with a voucher as a goodwill gesture (I didn't ask for one) despite the issue not being their direct fault. She was open and transparent at all times. The installation service was friendly and efficient.

Absolutely stellar service from Richard & Lauren who answered every one of my emails and helped me get a rower for a great price. The delivery took a while however given the size of the item this is understandable. Once they advised me of the delayed they made sense.

Delivery service was great they phoned before delivering and helped me with the big boxes.

10/10 for service and prices.

After careful research on companies who could supply me with Stair master gauntlet 8, many business didn’t have stock and I was advised 6 to 7 weeks. I found Best gym equipment on web …. wow advised me 3 to 5 days, I was shocked, I couldn’t believe it but I was look after by Lauren all the way, very helpful answered all my questions. Great customer service. I had a mission to by a gift and thanks BGE made that possible. I wish all companies were like Best gym equipment (BGE ) True & friendly advice and they know their products. 6 stars for this team

Although they couldn’t fulfil the order in the end because of shipping delays affecting the industry, the staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to try and resolve things for me. Very polite and helpful customer service and would be a nice company to deal with once the country has sorted out its shipment issues. Maybe worth giving them a call before you order anything to make sure.

Bought a life fitness t3 track connect 2800 plus installation, kept going into cool-down mode during runs , initially when I reported the fault amazing service , but life fitness didn’t have the part nor replacement machine , so I asked would they replace with a in stock alternative, no and they informed me they would collect and refund tomorrow and again I booked time off work but at last minute cancelled the collect for another day nothing given , so no replacement no collection. I told I wanted a replacement not a refund but refused. I guess Northern Ireland for English companies is too much hassle but not at the start when they are getting the money , poor form. Wouldn’t take any calls only email. Not the service or standard I expected. Beware when things go wrong you find out how good a company is

Ordered a punchbag, boxing gloves and kettlebells. Spent £390 on these. Didnt get any other comms to say dispatched and when clicked on the tracking info on the website it simply said they would email with delivery details. Items arrived 9 days after ordering. Would have been nice for some comms to confirm.

Also the gloves were too small. I ordered medium and I do not have big hands. Asked to return these and they want to charge me £14.97 for a pair of gloves that cost £28. Thats a joke! No wonder people prefer to use amazon...which is where I have now ordered a new pair. Would have used this company but if the fit wasn't right again I would need to return for another extortionate sum.

I ordered the Life Fitness G7 Cable Motion Gym Tower, including installation. The process from start to finish was excellent. The installation team called me the day before to agree a time, arrived at 7am in the morning as promised, completed the installation by 8:30am. They were excellent! Well organised, very tidy and took all the packaging away with them.

Excellent service. Pre ordered an item that was out of stock. It came exactly on time with the estimates I was provided with. I had a small issue with a manufacturer fault on one of the nylon rollers of the rowing machine, but BestGym and the manufacturer resolved with great efficiency. Very happy with the service and extremely satisfied with the Erg600w - well built, doesn’t move in use and so much quieter than I’d expected.

Great service, there was a slight delay due to a mix-up with the delivery service but lauren in customer services was very helpful and quick to rectify the problem. Due to this high standard in customer care from lauren i would definitly buy from bestgym equipment again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'd been looking for dumbbells everywhere and this is the only place I found that had a range of different weights at affordable prices (compared to all the crazy prices we're seeing everywhere due to the pandemic). I got free shipping with my order and all the packages arrived within 3 working days, much quicker than I anticipated. Items were exactly as pictured.

First class service, i placed an order and paid for it then realised i had ordered the wrong sizes 2 hours later, i rang the number on the website and after less than 5 rings was speaking to an actual person who changed my order without any issue,will use this site in future without a doubt

I bought a WaterRower from their website during the Black Friday sales.

Their prices are excellent, but what really impressed me was their customer service. They always respond, are always very friendly and helpful. I had to cancel my order just before shipping and they refunded me the full amount immediately.

If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars. I hope to buy from them again in the future.

I originally wrote a negative review due to the fact that we were not given an installation delivery option and when the machine arrived, we had a nightmare trying to drag it into the house. I also raised this with a staff member who didn't help or investigate but gave a standard response which did not solve the problem. However, Lauren picked this up and she was determined to give us excellent service and put any wrongs, right. She was extremely helpful and the team came out to build the machine and Lauren supported us throughout the process. She's a credit to the company and she has pride in her work.
I would absolutley buy from this company again because of Lauren.

Really pleased with Best Gym Equipment and would highly recommend. The treadmill that I initially ordered was out of stock, but I was contacted promptly and given an alternative which I was more than happy with. I paid for installation and this was arranged very quickly and carried out really well. All is going well with the treadmill and I received a prompt reply to a follow-up email. Great customer service from Lauren.

I have bought quite a few bits of equipment from here. Kettlebells dumbbells etc and the quality is amazing. Fast delivery and customer service is great.
Highly recommended if you want quality gear. The prices are very reasonable.
