I recently purchased a Sole SB900 indoor bike. The team were very professional and responded quickly to any questions I had. I received a phone call from the team at BGE arranging the delivery day the bike was delivered bang on time.

I have nothing but praise for this company, my 1st order was missing 2 plates through no fault of the company themselves.
Naomi bent over backwards to get this resolved for me and 2 more bumper plates are on route.

Excellent service. I received an email to say part of my order was now out of stock and did I want to continue. I found an alternative product which they swapped in at no additional cost. Good cummunication throughout delivery and very happy with the products

Good gym equipment at good prices, quick delivery !

I purchased 4 pairs of Escape Fitness polyurethene dumbbells as bestgymequipment allow you to use Klarna whereas the direct supplier (Escape) does not.

For those unaware (should be obvious by their inventory) this is a dropshipping model / partner of the brands that you see, BestGym don't have the stock, they have no idea what is in stock really without contacting the wholesaler so I would advise before you buy that you ask for the lead time of the product prior to placing an order so you are not left dissapointed.

After enquiring about the lead time, which I already suspected anyway as Escape Fitness have listed the due dates for the DBs' on their site, they arrived today which is one week earlier than promised, though I ordered in August (just to give an example of timescales here)

You lose a star for not being 100% transparent on initial purchase, but I respect that these are difficult times and gym equipment has seen a burst of sales with slow manufacturing due to shutdowns in China

I purchased an item from this company well over 4 weeks ago. I was given 2 separate dates for it to arrive. Both passed and nothing. I was not informed my the seller that the item was out of stock until I made the initial contact.

Absolutely excellent customer service and excellent communication. Took a bit longer than expected to be delivered but that’s perfectly understandable during these times. Nothing is too much trouble. Can’t fault the service at all. It was a pleasure to do business with this company and a special thank you to Lauren Isbell for her prompt and professional service. Terrible service, lack of communication and I am still awaiting for my BH 1100
Assault Bike I made an order on 10-09-20 and still no confirmation.

I made a order on the 10/09/20 the delivery was a bit of delay but that’s understandable due to the pandemic but I must say Richard Roper was great at keeping me informed regarding my BH fitness Air Bike he knew I was getting frustrated due to the timing of the delivery but compensated me with 20kg dumbbells and responded to my queries effectively hands down I will continue to do business with you.

Great service. Responded to my emails to apply a discount and did so immediately.

Ordered my bike last week on finance and, despite a slight process glitch on the finance company website (a system error, nothing to do with Best Gym), I have enjoyed a smooth process all of the way through. Since my order was confirmed, Darren and his team have been in regular contact with me and have supplied fantastic information and service throughout.
Will happily use again and am going to do the same to mates.

Read before ordering 'in-stock' items..

Ordered everything from this section which says it will arrive within 10-15 days at the most back in July.

Half came and they said half would be with me in October..

So I asked for the refund for the October delivery items and they said I'd be charged delivery and restocking fee 15% and I have to contact another company. And I'd have to wait until October to do all this when I refuse delivery.

Bizarre way to treat paying customers especially as I dropped £2k + with you? Need some more gym kit which I won't get through you.. doesn't make sense?

We purchased a treadmill from 'Best gym equipment' which was desperately needed as ours broke and we are unable to access the gym! Even though demand is so high at the moment they still did everything possible to get us the treadmill we wanted. Their communication was great and the customer service was very personal and empathetic to our situation, which you see very little of these days. It has been one of the best and most positive expierences I have had with an online retailer. Thank you so much!

Just wanted to leave a review as I’ve been checking out before buying these days , I did have a delay longer than expected but at least it’s not a con and the York dumbbells I bought was quality so over all I would recommend.

I only wish I read read some of the negative reviews about falsely advertising items as “In Stock” before I placed my order... They advertise on their website that items are in stock when they simply ARE NOT. When you place your order it says that in most cases it takes 7-10 days to receive it but they ask that you not contact them until 15 days after you place the order due to current delays with couriers etc which is fair enough. After waiting the requested 15 days I contacted them only to be advised over email that my items are on back order and won’t be available until mid September. I spent over £1,000 on the order and they will have had my money for over a month by the time I get my goods. There was no apology from customer service about the delay, in fact customer service simply ignored any reference to my complaint. I’m disgusted with this company. I was going to order a squat rack from them but I will be going elsewhere for that item as the trust is broken.

Ordered a YORK barbell in March just as lockdown occurred and due to the massive surge in demand, it was out of stock until recently. However I cannot praise Best Gym Equipment enough for their excellent communication and updates. I was offered a refund but I opted to wait and my barbell was delivered last week. Great service and very pleased with my product. Special thanks to Richard and Lauren. Highly recommend!

Blatant Lies. Placed a order for 1.25/2.5/5kg Jordan weight plates, on the 13/07, when this order was placed on the site, there was no mention of the 5kg plates being a pre order item on the site nor at the checkout menu, along with the invoice/email confirmation.
Followed up few days later, as I had ordered plates from another company and received it within 2 days, asking for a timeframe, was told my delivery would take 10 working days, (No mention of 5kg being a pre-order item), having waited till the next week, I did receive the 1.25/2.5kg plates but was without the 5kg queried this the next day, and was told I would have to wait till September and offered a refund, which is all reasonably fine as equipment is in demand, what is not okay is a company lying and telling you items were on a pre order when they were clearly not, and not admitting this with a simple apology and ownership.
Also while trying to return the items that I did receive because I did not want to be left with mismatched weight plates, I would have to refer to the terms and condition, and I would have to pay for the return shipping, again not my mistake, as what they were advertising was obviously not in stock!
As someone who never writes reviews, would Took money for over a month. Emailed to swap the product due to stock issues which I accepted.
Real poor customer service, Blatant lies told on email, all easily avoided if they save themselves £7.50, would never use, and if you’re after weight plates best to go straight to the Jordan Site, only reason this was not done because falsely advertised as in stock.

Very prompt and caring service, I purchased two pieces of gym equipment and found the service to be very good and my questions and any problems dealt with professionally.
