Thank you Bestgym for your help and assistance on my spin bike query before purchase.When you helped me choose the best bike for me you kept me updated on my order and arranged for it to be sent as soon as possible. Your after service, when I had some questions about the bike, was great. Thank you Bestgym and thanks Darren in particular.

I recently ordered a dumbbell set from Bestgym and due to the Covid Crisis there was a delay in delivery. Lauren kept me well informed even when I needed to change the delivery address they accommodated it smoothly. Then the parcel arrived damaged (not their fault) they have speedily resolved it. Wish every firm was as easy to deal with.

Absolutely fantastic service provided by Lauren and the team generally. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again in the future!

It is only very seldom that I write reviews, but I have been very impressed by Best Gym Equipment. Before ordering the refurbished treadmill, I rang up and spoke to an advisor who was very helpful and provided lots of information. I did not feel any pressure was put on me to buy the treadmill, which I like. After ordering the treadmill, I had a few questions which Lauren took the time to answer and even contacted the manufacturer for me to answer the question properly. Delivery was very smooth, I was provided with a choice on what day I would like the treadmill delivered and was then given a one hour time slot. The delivery drivers wheeled the treadmill into my garage and checked it worked. I could not be more pleased with the service and the treadmill I received. I highly recommend this company.

I have recently purchased a pair of dumbbells and the product exceeded my expectations and also the whole purchase and delivery process has been great. Considering the increasing demand on fitness accesories due to the current crisis, I was so impressed to be able to purchase these and the time of delivery was shorter than I expected.

Thanks again and will definetely be purchasing and recommending the site.

I managed to get the equipment I wanted at a decent price and delivery took around a week (I was told 7-10 days so I was pleased with this turn out). Customer service and communication regarding the order was excellent other than a few emails going to my junk folder but I don’t think this was in the company’s control at all so didn’t taint my experience I just made sure to check my junk emails each day after placing the order (which I do anyway). The layout and listing of items on the website was easy to navigate and view comfortably. Overall great experience and the equipment is in immaculate condition! Thank you :)

Ordered a lockdown bike mid May- nothing spectaular, but chose with reasonable care. Main criterion was speed of delivery.Was aware that stock/availabilityan issue. Happy I went with Bestgym. The bike arrived, without fuss, within seven days. All good.

Happy with the service and would recommend.
Ordered 12x20kg plates and they arrived 6 working days after ordering.
Called to ask about my order after a few days and Richard was very helpful.

I ordered £600 worth of exercise mats at the beginning of March. After a couple of weeks I chased up and as they couldn’t tell me where the mats were I requested a refund instead - over the phone they said that my is fine and that it would be processed.

A few days later and no refund so I emailed and called multiple time’s over a couple of weeks with no response. When I finally received a response they confirmed that they could see that we hadn’t had the delivery but could not process a refund until the order (which seemed to be lost) had been received by their supplier. This seems unfair and contrary to my consumer rights as my dealings was with Best Gym who have not fulfilled the order - whatever is going on between them and their supplier should not effect my ability to refund.

Another 2 weeks pass with no response so I called again and was told that they mats had been received by supplier so my refund will be made the same day. Due to previous service (or lack there of) I followed this up with an email asking them to confirm the refund to which I didn’t (and still haven’t) had a response.

Emails are consistently not responded to and I’ve called now three days in a row, every time being told they would process the refund the same day. Still no refund.

As a gym owner this company could have become a contact moving forward, instead they have very much become black listed and I would recommend associates to not deal with them.

On a final note, I’ve waited 8 weeks since my first grievance before posting this as I do believe, particularly in the current circumstances to give people fair chance but this has become ridiculous.

An absolute pleasure to deal with Best Gym Equipment.

Being in the governments shielding group from COVID-19 and having to stay home, I had been trying to order a cross trainer since the first week in April with no success. Most companies allowed me to order, but delivery was not guaranteed before mid June and in some cases July was the earliest date they could give me.

I found Best Gym Equipment online who were showing stock of the cross trainer I was looking for and I contacted them via Web Chat to ensure this was a guaranteed delivery. Richard confirmed that they had stock and that it would be delivered within 1 working week. I placed my order that evening and the following week my cross trainer arrived on schedule.

I’ve now been using the cross trainer (Sole E98) for a week and I’m delighted with every aspect of it.

Richard was extremely helpful and even during the current climate always managed to answer Web Chat and reply to emails.

From ordering to delivery it was swift and smooth and I would recommend Best Gym Equipment, they provided an exceptional service in these difficult times. Friendly, honest, efficient. Fantastic in all respects!

My money has been refunded, they issued an apology. I feel that they are very overwhelmed but as I said waiting over 3 weeks for any response is way to long. I do believe they are trustworthy but in this current climate can’t cope.

With lockdown I decided to buy a spin bike. In researching what type I wanted and availability either were out of stock or delivery time over a month away. Best gym offered delivery in 4-7 days however it did also suggest choosing an item that was in stock. I left it 2 weeks and hadn't heard anything but then got in touch with Darren at Best Gym who chased the supplier and was able to give me a delivery date.
Overall whilst I had a longer wait than I was expecting I am very happy with the bike I chose and thank Darren at Best Gym for his chasing the supplier and getting the bike to me.

Luckily managed to find and order some Dumbbells from their site. Placed order on the 18th of April and the items arrived on the 27th of April which I think is an amazing dispatch time considering the backlog caused by the virus. There was a slight mixup with DPD who separated my parcels causing them to arrive at different times, but the team at Best Gym emailed me and also gave me a call to rectify the issue as soon as I raised a query. Overall, very very pleased with the service and the products, will be ordering more gym equipment from here even when gyms reopen!

I have found Best Gym Equipment to be very helpful while ordering some equipment from them while the gyms are closed.
Considering the current circumstances they have been very responsive, have a good selection of equipment and delivery times have been excellent.

They must be very busy but are able to supply equipment that most places can't.

Would not hesitate to use again.

Took money for over a month. Emailed to swap the product due to stock issues which I accepted. After a series of emails (each with very non committal responses and poor response times) they sent out a completely fictitious despatch note then finally after 2 further chasing emails admitted they had no product to sell and cancelled the order.

Appalling customer service, lies told on email and had no product to sell. Do not use, you may as well go straight to the manufacturers websites and get the products direct from them as this is just a badly run middle man service.

An excellent easy company to deal with. I ordered my E95 Elliptical cross trainer on a Monday, arrived first thing Friday morning. Bearing in mind the current climate due to the COVID pandemic I thought this was exceptional service. Everything worked perfectly. I will definitely use Best Gym again.
