The product very good quality very happy with the purchase. But the worst experience with the delivery. Every day we got email that they will come next day taking time off arrangement for people to install than cancel. We had to contact the team from where we bought the product to actually do something to receive the order. Very disappointed with the delivery service even after waiting for a week the delivery guy said he rang the door bell which he never did he said he is not working I showed him that if you actually press is working thanks to God I heard him leaving the liflet information in the post box that he will return next week otherwise we had to wait probably another week. Worst experience

I recently did my 3rd order being a very happy customer. Unfortunately I had a problem with my order this time but Monique from customer service was super helpful and everything got sorted. So by-side fast delivery and great value for money the customer service does its job too;-)

Excellent service and very good quality rads. Arrived within 10 days. Only fault to pick was with the delivery as the valves came in a separate box on the following day. Probably fed ex issue not theirs.

Selling products with obsolete software
Bought a very expensive radiator from Best Heating with bluetooth panel only to realise that the company ECOSO had not updated their Andriod app and it could only operate on phones with older version. I have an Samsung Galaxy S23, hardly a new device. Customer Service were no help and even told me ECOSO updated their app when they did not. They are selling products with obsolete software and for the price paid, I expected a better product and service.

The radiators were top class
The radiators were top class, but the delivery of the radiators was very bad on 3 consecutive days I got a text to say they would be delivered and then cancelled, eventually I had to go and collect them.
I know this was not the fault of best heating it was the couriers fault
