Issues will happen but what's important is how companies deal with them. In this case Elcana and Better Batt did a great job.

Great responsive and quick service. I was impressed with the returns service as I ordered the wrong product, quick and fair. They even provided a referral to an alternative supplier with the correct part in stock.

My product bought from Better Batt was jammed into my letter box damaging the product, After copying the Delivery Services websites Damaged Goods Procedure and sending it to Better Batt Team along with photos of the damaged product, the Better Batt team got onto my case pretty much straight away via Email. Unfortunately, had to wait for my replacement product to arrive but, Can only say Excellent service from Better Batt

I had an order pending with Better Batt and wanted to add an item. Not having it in stock, BB sent me links to 2 other firms (presumably competitors) that might be able to help me - and one could, though at a price somewhat higher than BB's.

The person I communicated with provided a very straightforward process to sort out getting a replacement for a defective battery. A no-hassle approach makes me a happy repeat customer.

I have had a Canon IXUS digital camera for some years now and I really liked it for its compactness, ease of use and that it took good 'point and shoot' images.
However the battery failed and I was unable to locate a replacement from the larger camera shops, but I was referred to your shop. You had a battery in stock and while I am yet to pick it up you made the search so easy, so thank you very much.

I bought a replacement battery for my old HP laptop from Better Batt. It arrived quickly with no problems,
I had not used it much, however, after fully discharging it would not recharge.
I advised Better Batt. They provided steps that I could take to troubleshoot the problem. After many attempts using the troubleshooting steps, I was unable to get the battery to recharge. I sought a replacement or to get my money back.
I was advised that they had a 400 day money back guarantee, of which I was not aware, but a replacement was available.

Outstanding support service from this company.

A replacement battery was delivered very quickly and it is performing well.
I will certainly use this company again for future battery purchases for many of my devices.
