I was confused as to why my order was on hold but once I realsied that my VPN must've set off some sort of security protocol, I was quite appreciative that the team at Better Batt checked in.

Would recc for any camera battery stuff.

I bought from better batt because they had a battery + charger for an older device that I couldn’t find elsewhere! Shine and Gen were very proactive in letting me know that there would be a short delay in receiving my order as it was a backorder item. I was very grateful for their customer service and communication.

On Sunday 18th January 2026 I purchased these for $52.98. On Wednesday 21st January 2026 I just received an empty box with nothing inside it so I chatted to customer support who are refusing to replace the items for me.

Easy to deal with. All done on line. Received item in a few days. They checked to make sure it was correct part. A friend fitted the new battery. All working fine. Thanks. Cheers. Steve Gray.

Great customer service, great product, great price. I purchased an item that needed to be shipped from international warehouse so it took longer to received. However they explained to me the situation and kept me updated until it was received. Highly recommend these guys.

I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service I received. Better Batt were helpful sorting out my returns and finding the right battery for my camera - all in a very responsive and personalised way.

Also, they offer an incredibly huge range with helpful charts/tables to check the compatibility of their products.
