Better Batt was excellent to deal with, such fast response and technical help with my new battery.
It's so good to get help from a person who is genuinely interested in helping and are Australian local too. I'll always buy from them from now on and would recommend them to anyone who mentions they have battery needs.

Customer service communication was awesome. They sorted out my problem quickly. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Super impressed with after sales service. Had an issue which landed up having nothing to do with the battery I purchased but did not stop the team at Better Batt from helping me troubleshoot my issue. Regularly checking in to see how i was getting on.

Our laptop indicated the battery to be fully charged, but the laptop switched itself off as soon as the AC power chord was removed. I asked two computer repair shops in our town for help, but they were not able to advise.

Marvin from BetterBatt very quickly identified the problem and navigated us through the process to reconfigure Windows. Our laptop works great now.

Postage paid return shipping and excellent email and phone support. Highly recommended.

I had made a mistake in ordering a Mobile phone battery, and Better Barr's solved the problem straight away by giving me a full refund despit it being my mistake.

Wide range of stock options so that is good but they are not as cheap as other competitors so shop around.

Excellent service and understanding. Although I ordered the incorrect battery you accepted my return and provided a refund aswell as providing me the information to purchase the correct battery, which I did.

Clear explanation of the reason for delay in shipping (overseas part) and a date for resolving the issue which has been met. With ongoing feedback in the interim great customer service.

Would just like to say, I am very pleased with the replacement laptop battery I purchased from Better Batt recently.

I contacted Better Batt as i had made an error with my online order.
A quick ph call was all that was required & my issue was resolved.
Very professional and prompt service to rectify my error.
Their on line web page was easy to navigate as well as having warnings in certain batteries that couldn’t be used in certain electronics. The batteries I purchased were compatible with my cameras.
I have purchased before & will do so again from Better Batt.

Terrible service after waiting for a week I didnt receive my computer battery , just the fake HP ink cartridge. Which I bought for free shipment of total parcel. Agent then says in fine print it says backorder for two month time in August. I ask them what can be done to expedite the process and next thing I get an email they cancelled the battery part of the order . Really unprofessional

When I needed to return my order, completely owing to my mistake, I was treated, politely and efficiently and the money reimbursed as soon as possible.

I bought the wrong battery recently. When I received it and saw my mistake i contacted Better Batt. There was no problem in getting a refund, which I have now received.

I received a faulty battery for my laptop, the help desk listened, gave me some instructions and resolved the issue quickly and fairly. Replacement battery was sent out promptly.

I made an order then realised I needed additional items. I called and my first order was cancelled and I placed a second order. My first payment was refunded promptly and my second correct order arrived within a few days. All round great service!

I ordered two items. One arrived. I sent one email to inquire, received a prompt reply and now have Australia Post tracking information. All good. Quick and efficient.
