From my initial purchase to warranty support. Better Batt have made my experience nothing but easy and great.
I cannot recommend them enough, amazing service.
Please don't change Better Batt.

I ordered a battery for a Lenovo laptop which, no fault of Better Batt, proved to be the wrong one. They made the process of returning it for credit really easy and processed the refund in a timely manner.
I have used Better Batt previously and have always found them good to deal with.

Better Batt was very professional in handling the return of a battery that did not resolve the problem with my computer. A full refund was provided.

This company showed its commitment to service, by promptly responding and offering me assistance on a technical problem encountered after purchase of a laptop battery. It turned out the problem lay with my charger and not the new battery.

I ordered a battery which I, later that day, found I did not need. They answered my email saying the would refund my money which they did immediately

Great communication all the way through.
They let me know when I was enquiring about a product that it was on back order and wouldn't be in store until the following week. Once I ordered they sent me updates regularly and then posted promptly once it had arrived. Best customer service!

Quick delivery of my order (HP computer battery), packed carefully to protect it in transit

Failed to deliver and then insisted it was my responsibility to chase down the courier company as per their T&C's. Think you'll find under Australian Consumer law that it's the responsibility of the sender not the customer to do tis - irrespective of whether it's in your T&C's or not (which by the way, makes your T&C's illegal under AU Consumer Law)
They said they would have to wait until it's delivered before they can provide a refund! (oh the irony) . Had to state that this will be passed to the Office of Fair Trading before they would agree to a refund.

Used mail and call to contact them and I got great service 🫡

Rapid delivery, exactly what I ordered, and they called me without asking to combine my two separate orders so I would save postage costs. Remarkable.

On Sunday 5th November 2023 I purchased a Panasonic Lumix DC-FZ80 Charger Replacement (Wall + Car Cord) for $19.99 with postage of $9.10 but they lied to me and told me that they sent the item when they never did so I wouldn't trust them. On Wednesday 15th November 2023 they give me a refund even after I had to fight for it.
