Next day delivery was amazing, received a call to confirm it was booked in for the following day which was very nice and Lee was great. Spoke me through the delivery (text message the time slot and contact when 30 minutes away). Very good service!

As soon as I ordered my new bed, I was kept informed of the progress along the way. Bed arrived quickly, was easy to build, and is of good quality. Price was also very reasonable.

Gaps at top or bottom of slats on both head frame and foot frame when assembled, one of alts cracked on assembly.

Ordered a ~£600 bed from them in November 2023. The delivery company pulls a date out of a hat, right in the middle of the Christmas holidays. No way to change it, apparently - just make sure you're home and have no plans.

The website says delivery will be to a room of my choice, free of charge. The lads with the bed dump the pieces into my entryway, refuse to carry it upstairs to the bedroom, and bluntly say that "you should've paid £23 more" for this service. Customer service says "sorry but sometimes it's like that", and offered no assistance whatsoever.

Well, the bed itself is nice at least. The headboard is not completely symmetrical, and the fabric strap came apart almost immediately - but overall it's nice.

Then, the slat holders start falling apart. They're poorly designed, and made from incredibly flimsy and thin plastic, and the mere weight of the mattress makes them literally split at the seams, with slats falling off into the storage compartment. This on a bed described on the website as "robust", "strong", and "long term".

Customer service offered identical (i.e. equally flawed) replacement parts - at a cost of £66. They weren't too fussed when I suggested that maybe a £600 bed should last longer than a year, really.

I've never before had a bed that's had this many problems or lasted for such a short amount of time, especially given the cost. Hard to see what the "Better" part of their name is for.

Excellent service. Delivered within a couple of days of ordering and good quality bed.

we needed to purchase replacement bed slats for a small double ottman lift bed.

The bed was only 15 months old but we managed to accidentally break 2 slats.

Lee sourced a pack of slats from the bed supplier and arranged for them to be sent to us.

From the initial email asking if he could assist it took 5 days for him to source, send and for us to receive the slats.

Shopped around and found this retailer to be the best priced and included next day delivery as a bonus too. Really friendly service getting the day of delivery booked in, and delivery crew offered to take the packages to any room in the house as part of the service too. Bed was well packaged and good instructions to put it together. Really good experience - thanks!

Lee at Better Bed Co was great from start to finish advised us another product as one we wanted was out of stock and his recommendation we feel was better. Promised delivery in 5 to 7 days and he didn't disappoint. Oh and they also price matched.

The original bed I ordered was out of stock. Lee rang me with an alternative which was absolutely fine. The bed is so sturdy, easy to put together and of excellent quality. The instructions were very easy to follow whilst assembling it too.
A time slot was given for delivery and a phone call was received 20 mins before arrival. I cannot fault them at all!

We ordered the delivery of a bed mattress from Lee. We received a text to say that the delivery would be the next day. The delivery occurred on time in the morning. Lee was very helpful as was the courier. We received a text from Lee to check the delivery and the quality of the mattress which appears quite satisfactory. We are pleased both with the product and the contact by the company.

Second mattress purchased from this company - nice quality, good value for money. Excellent service - I like the personal touch of phoning to confirm next day delivery. Very happy, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

On ordering the first bed we wanted and it going through as a sale we were phoned the next day by Lee who explained that it was actually out of stock. He then suggested a different model which was as nice and cheaper and would be delivered the next day. Amazing correspondence and very helpful. Would definitely use again and highly recommend

Smooth process and excellent customer care. I placed an order for a Julian Bowen trundle bed for my kids. Reasonably priced, I got their price match promise honoured after I found a (slightly) cheaper deal on another website. The product was delivered on time after 5 working days on a day of choice. Everything went well and I recommend them.

I bought a mattress and bed frame online. Lee called me straight away to confirm when I would like the mattress delivered. It came the next day and the delivery guys took it all the way upstairs to the loft for me. The bed was delivered a few days later. For both deliveries I was given multiple updates on the ETA and was called 30 mins before to let me know they were close. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service!
The mattress and bed frame were just as they appeared on the Better Bed Company website. Very happy with my purchase.

Communication was 10/10, the bed is 10/10. Lee was very helpful and accommodated for a suitable delivery day when I would be in, and the delivery guys were very helpful with their regular updates.
