Very good experience
I’m very satisfied with my experience with BetterMe. I recently had an issue with a package that was marked as delivered even though I never received it. Even if I had to insist a little at first, the customer service team was ultimately very understanding, professional, and responsive.
Once the situation was clarified, the refund was processed very quickly, which I truly appreciated. The people I communicated with were always respectful, helpful, and attentive.
This shows that they genuinely care about their customers and are willing to find real solutions when a problem occurs. In the end, my experience turned out to be very positive, and I would definitely recommend BetterMe with confidence.

i had a disagreement over payment with BetterMe.It was for being charged €135 for something. I did not get angry but explained how it would not be possible for me to have ordered what I had ordered from them. They kindly and patiently wrote back within 24 hours to explain what happened and said they would reimburse me within 5-10 days. I grumbled to myself that there was little chance of that happening. I was wrong...they reimbursed me within 24 hours!

The Better Me support staff was GREAT!
The Better Me support staff was INCREDIBLY helpful in figuring out how I accidentally subscribed to the same account twice. They agreed to partially refund my overpayments and offer a few months of free subscriptions to make things right.
Not only do I love the Better Me workout routines, but their support staff truly cares about the satisfaction of their customers. Thank you!

I am m an older woman who's disabled and going through a hard time. I needed to cancel my subscription and they were very kind to me and I appreciate it. It's becoming a hard world but it was very nice to have such a pleasant experience. Thank you what's going on

Better you: Another Introductory Offer Trap
I apparently signed up for an introductory offer and was charged almost $20 a month for almost 2 years without any notification of continuing charges or available services. Not a single email, an SMS, or any type of notification. I'm sure there are thousands of people who are unaware of charges to their debit card (which are uninsured unlike creditcards) that Better Me racks up. Even after I realized that I'd been paying so much for 2 years, the process of cancellation was quite difficult. They even have a mechanism which makes you repeatedly cancel over and over again, then require a another confirmation by email. Skip a step and you're back in their payment loop! Devious!!!
