BetterMed Urgent Care - Mechanicsvilleレビュー 

Went in there to get help but was ignored and the white patients were taken over me even though I was there a good 30 minutes before they even arrived. They didn’t check me in either because the receptionist called her up to register. I left shortly after that act of discrimination stay far away if you’re a person of color they don’t take kind to us their. I also had to force them to speak to me when they greeted the white patients immediately after they came in.

No assistance. I was seen last night. My prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy by the time I figured it out they were closed. I have called serval times this morning and no one will answer the phone it rings until it disconnects. They have no problem taking the copay but cannot send the prescriptions over or answer the phone.

I saw Kelsey Carr Nurse practioner in mechanicsville va who went over and beyond to be courteous and helpful. She deserves to be acknowledged for her outstanding professionalism and I appreciate her. The entire staff was amazing and I Thank you so very much, this is what many more in the medical profession should strive to be like, Thank you so much Kelsey!

Needed COVID test for travel. Got the results timely

They quickly identified problem with xrays. The team working there could not have been any friendlier. Superior customer service! I would highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the treatment that I received at Mechanicsville,Va location.
Diagnosed my issue fast and very courteous.
Having the X Ray capability saved me a trip to the ER.

Friendly staff, quick in and out.

While my insurance doesn’t cover much of the bill, I don’t mind because of the outstanding service and medical attention I receive. I wish they had PCP services!

Every one was professional and friendly, and provided expeditious, effective service! I’m impressed!!

The staff was awesome. Very accommodating, pleasant and friendly. I wasn’t rushed, my blood pressure was elevated and they took it 3 times and each time it had decreased. Monica the NP was exceptionally pleasant.

Was immediately asked to take a Covid-19 test, which I didn't mind, due to having an ear infection. However, after waiting over an hour for what should have been a 20 minute result window, I left without ever being seen about my ears. Prior to me leaving, I approached the nurses station where a group of colleagues were holding conversations. I asked one of the employees if she knew how long it would be before I would be seen, she abruptly responded, "I don't know". Apparently, Coronavirus has taken the compassion and care away from people as well. I will never utilize a BetterMed unless they are the only doctor/practitioner available...in the world.

Better Med is awesome. I am always taken care of quickly and without sacrificing quality care. I LOVE that you can make an appointment and not have to sit and wait in a roomful of sick patients when you are feeling bad. I will NEVER go back to Patient First!

I've visited a Urgent care facility and few times in my life and BetterMed Mechanicsville is by far the best of them! Not sure if it was time of day of my visit or that is was Mother's day, but my entire visit from check in to being seen and discharged was less than 1 hour! The staff was amazing &.cheerful, very welcoming. If I ever need urgent care again, I will not hesitate to return to BetterMed's Mechanicsville VA location.

Drs there won't listen to you!! I'm 38. I know my own body. Dr said nothing was wrong with me when clearly I knew I had bronchitis. I had to go to a different urgent care to get help and antibiotics. They told me she was crazy. Every doctor can only say covid anymore. All of this is out of control. My covid test was negative.

I had explained that I was there for 2 things. #1) I was concerned that I may have a sinus infection. I had been congested and my ears were stopped up. I could not hear. #2) I needed to get a covid test - required for a Gastro Dr's appt that I had scheduled for later that week. They took me in for the covid test, put me in a room to wait, for a long time and it was hot in there. The medical assistant even apologized for it being so hot. Anyhow, when the nurse practitioner came in, it was like the only thing that I was there for was the covid test. She gave me the results and was ready to send me on my way. I brought up my main concern, she did look in my ears, said no infection, take allergy meds and was done. Was a little frustrating. She didn't really seem to care. If I had not needed the covid test I would not have gone there. I won't go back.
