Excellent care from the minute I walked in the till the end of the visit.
They are by far the best urgent care facility in the greater Fredericksburg area.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff.

Everything was great, and the doctor was very good with my terrified toddler. We enjoy coming to this location only.

This location is grand.! There’s a great staff and a lot of welcoming personalities. My experience was very smooth and positive. I would recommend this practice.!

The nurse, NP as well as PA there are amazing, friendly and extremely helpful! The lady who sits at the front desk on her cell phone the entire time is not so friendly and helpful though. When entering the building, she had a bad attitude and lacked customer service altogether. She then walked me back to the room and continued to be rude. Especially when I asked for a specific doctor who I told would be there the day of my appointment. It was not a big deal though because I didn’t mind seeing the other physicians but she clearly expressed her annoyance with my questions. I rate the facility overall 4 stars because the rest of my visit was great and every one of the other staff members were fantastic with their patient care.

Peaceful waiting room which is important while you sit worrying about what is wrong. The receptionist was very helpful since I hurt my knee and was already in a cast from another fall. The Nurse practitioner was up beat and made sure I understood what was going to happen and then at the end what my next steps should be and what to expect while I healed. Great experience.

Was taken care of but my appt lasted for most of the day I didn't get out ofthere till 630pm

I received wonderful care that Sunday afternoon. Much better than the care I received later that day at MWH ER. This was the second time I've found relief at this facility. Living out on the lake, there is nothing like this offered so this is also the closest medical help available.

This is a convenient medical care clinic. Great staff, great hours… easy access web presence.

Doctor and front staff amazing. X-ray fella absolutely bad attitude. My daughter 12 years old coming for X-ray for broken arm. Extremely arrogant didnt sheild her neck like the doctor said he would during X-ray. I asked him if my son could follow us to the room 9 years old and he said no I said why not he said he’s fine I’m here in a total nasty way. My some was nervous as hell he ended up letting him. Come by the door. After X-ray was over my daughter said he didn’t put any shielding on her I asked him and he said new policy says not to. Wich I knew was false. I am contacting a lawyer I feel my daughter was exposed to radiation because the the tech was extremely lazy and also lied.

Dr Laura Sullivan-Simensos NP. Was absolutely amazing! She treated me such kindness, care & compassion. She genuinely cared about my concerns, did everything she could to make me feel respected and that I mattered to her. Thank you for being the amazingly wonderful beautiful young lady you are. She showed me what true health care is supposed to be !!

Every visit to Bettermed has been a quick and satisfying one. I appreciate that they actually take the time to listen to me.

My wife and I prefer this location over others due to staff, cleanliness, ease of access, professionalism, and quick service. We were received at open of business for rapid test which we attempted to schedule the night before. We spoke to staff at open of business and within about 20 minutes they cleared up the systems issues that we experiences, helped us reschedule, and then processed our rapid test all within about 40 minutes. We truly appreciate their service. Thank you.

I went for a PCR test. I checked in on my phone and waited in my car. I was quickly called in, had my temperature and blood pressure taken and asked a few questions. The test was done quickly and without any discomfort. I had had other tests that were very uncomfortable. I had my results in 24 hours. The staff was friendly and answered any questions.

Tough scheduling online. Had our doubts that we were even scheduled. Took so much time and was impersonal. They weren't busy and could have easily helped us but stated that they had limited access to the calendar?? The receptionist was rude as we were greeted outside the door. Hard to hear her and she took her wrath out on us because she had to come to the door to tell us it was open. Obviously didn't like her job. The rest of the staff was efficient and professional
