The ease in using the website and how quickly they responded. Haven't used this product before so anxious to try it out.

The product I received did all that was promised. I don't believe I need to try any other brand. You have me as a very long-term customer. Thank you so much!

Products were quite well-organized and displayed so that you could read about them and make a decision about your purchase.

One thing I would suggest changing are the pop-up testimonial ads. They were quite distracting and often in the way of what I was trying to see or read.

Love the products , clear description of each item and easy ordering . Plus delivery is always in a timely fashion.
The only negative is the item size could be larger so you don’t have to order so frequently .

I'd like to get a subscription refund. I'm assuming that you make it really difficult because I'm getting nowhere
