Very convenient, got the chemist mixed up tho

The process was quick the doctor was great far more understanding and kind than my doctor put me at ease. I then got my prescription same day to my door and my lab tests emailed straight after. Everything was great so good I’ve enrolled!

I had an online appointment, got asked to come to clinic to pick up prescription. Had to pay again just because I went there to pick up prescription. Not good at all, just didn't understand why I had to pay twice.

I could not log in - was not able to enter my DOB till past the appointment time. However the doctor called me a minute later and had a discussion.

I had to call again to get a blood test recommendation report.

Better is convenient and easy to use.
I had video consultation and the doctor told that I need to see a GP as he couldn’t physically see or touch the abscess in my mouth. I was also told to pay $10 less than the normal fee when I went to see my GP as I already paid $10 here. However when I went to see my GP, I was told I have to pay the full fee. $10 is not much but this experience made me feel very uncomfortable.

Better should have clear instructions to let patients know in what cases they are not able to get advise while seeing a doctor online. For me it’s a waste of time and money.

Awesome beats sitting at surgery all day and prescriptions ready at chemist

Super easy to use! Real convenient too

This is excellent initiative, I only required follow up treatment for shingles, repeat of medication, prescription for stronger pain relief and medical certificate for work. I love doing it this way as I don’t waste time travelling or sitting in waiting area amongst sick and vulnerable families who need to see doctors immediately. I believe if your well enough you shouldn’t need to meet with doctors as they only ask where the problem is, take a look at it and guess what medication you should try, if it doesn’t work and you return to office complaining they give you something else to try or refer you on for blood/urine tests, ultrasound or another service.

The whole experience was very positive; from setting up appointment with my Dr to getting reviewed; all at the comfort of my home and smartphone. I just luv it.

Bettr was so much easier to use than I thought. I made the appointment, paid for it and chose a consultation time. They have a selection of doctors to choose from but since they all have access to my medical records, I went with the next available. The doctor made contact carried out the consultation by asking questions, wrote me a script and faxed it to my regular pharmacy. Great experience!

Excellent service. Don't need to visit personally. Dr was very polite and helpful.

My experience with Bettr was great. Easy to use. Doctor's consult was informative and helpful and the best part was I didn't need to leave my bed. Prescription sent to my preferred pharmacy and payment option was easier for me. Thanks Bettr 😀

It was really good and new experience. No need to wait and sit around for the GP. Very innovative idea. Cheers to the whole team of doctors and other people who are part of the Bettr.

Follow up with blood test results would have been better

i was just happy to talk calmly and confidently to a different doctor than my GP to get a different opinion and get every things sorted without the hassle of waiting 40 mins and a cold brisk talking GP. I will use it again. Kudos to Dr Mathew Smith. Very much appreciated.
