Love it, very convenient & much easier and safer than waiting in a clinic with people who are sick.

Very good everything was quick and smooth.

So handy to use. I think this was my 3rd or 4th time using it? Just needed a med cert and prescription this time but it’s great to use

Really convenient. Dr was very pleasant, all round, good experience. Will probably use service again if I can’t get to the clinic.

Dr Medina was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic, and flexible. Would highly recommend (and already have to others) using this service, especially when time is of the essence - whether you've got little to spare or are in need of a quick turnaround!

I made 2 written complaints and have not even received receipt of acknowledgement. The doctor did not call me after the conversation ended due to technical issues. I made numerous phone calls and finally told by the clinic 'Better doctors are not qualified to provide you with the consultation'.
I am going to lodge a complaint against the clinic to Health & Disability Commissioner.

There was some confusion at my first appointment and I had to walk into the medical centre to retrieve a copy of my medical certificate to take to winz.
I feel this process was quick but I had to go back in to retrieve a referral.

Good alternative if you are unable to get an appointment or short in time. Had some technical issues with audio but the doctor called me back right away in my mobile.

Highly recommended, very easy and convenient.

I made my first appointment using Bettr and was really disappointed. The doctor said she was not comfortable prescribing me medication for a chesty cough over the video call. She recommended that I see a doctor in person. I was still charged the full amount and then had to pay for an additional doctors appointment. The appointment lasted 2 mins and was definitely not worth the money. I immediately lodged a complaint on the website and still have not heard anything. I do not recommend this service.

Good way to make contact with health professional. I feel safe being in my own space but terrible that camera didn't work though hence this would have saved me from having to go to drs surgery after my call

It is convenient, but sometimes the line get disconnected and the prescriptions are not automatically sent to pharmacy, whereas the confirmation comes that the script has been delivered.

told me I’ll be prioritised when I go to the GP but I wasn’t when I got to the GP, patients who just came in saw the nurse before me. not the end of the world but was a tad annoyed.
