Ich hatte ein defektes Produkt, es wurde mir sofort ohne Diskussionen ersetzt und innerhalb von 2 Tagen zugesendet.

Do not buy products from this company — their customer service is terrible.
I ordered a TENS machine to help manage a chronic pain condition, but the first device arrived faulty. After numerous emails, I finally received a replacement. However, within just a few months, the £160 TENS machine stopped working again. The company is now refusing to replace it and has told me to buy replacement parts through a third party that aren’t even in stock.
I’m now left without a functioning TENS machine, which has made living with chronic pain much more difficult. I am considering contacting Trading Standards to recover the cost of the device. Do not buy Beurer products.
SAV en dessous de tout ! J'ai cassé le chargeur d'une lampe achetée il y a 3 ans. La lampe est en parfait état de marche ! Impossible de se procurer un chargeur car soit disant l'article n'est pas vendu dans le Benelux. J'habite en Belgique et l'ai achetée en Belgique. Solution proposée ; une réduction sur une nouvelle lampe (ben tiens...) ou me procurer la pièce en Allemagne avec adresse de livraison en Allemagne. De qui se moque t'on ? La personne derrière son clavier ne pourrait elle faire le nécessaire en interne dans sa boite ?

My heat pad I bought 1.5years ago stopped working - I saw it had a 3 year guarantee so I contacted Beurer. Their communication was quick and they have now sent me a replacement! Im super happy. Thank you

I sent an email regarding an issue I had with a hairdressing tool. Carmela in customer services was super helpful. My emails were answered very quickly and she gave me positive and helpful advice on how to resolve the issue. Following this advice from Carmela the problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. A great response from Beurer UK. Thank you!

I bought an electric blanket from Beurer 2 years ago. The second winter of use I found it had made a burn on my 5 year old expensive mattress! I never left it on all night. After weeks of email correspondence with the company I sent the blanket back to the address given to me, Beurer are still looking for it. I have lost my confidence in their product and the slowness of remedial action.
My response to Beurer's reply:
This electric blanket was purchased directly from the Beurer UK website, the company has my order number and the item details. I made contact with the company in May and sent them several photographs of the blanket and the burn on my mattress (fortunately fire retardant); I would have hoped that this information alone would have led to the company compensating me without this stress of now wondering where the blanket has gone to.
It was 8 weeks ago that I sent the blanket to the address provided to me by Beurer via Royal Mail tracked delivery, paid for by myself. Unfortunately, my belongings have been moved since then and I cannot find the tracking receipt (I should have taken a photo), I know the exact date and place of posting but that doesn't help me. As a frequent user of Royal Mail, with no previous issues, I find it hard to believe a large box has gone astray en route. I had assumed the company had received it and was dealing with the matter.
At the point of purchase I thought I had bought a quality product and it did not cross my mind that a fault might occur and I should check the company's method of returning items, this experience had made me very suspicious of online ordering.

je rejoins les autres commentaires pour déconseiller fortement l'achat d'un EM59 heat ! J'en ai acheté un parce qu'il était en promotion au final c'est toujours la meme chose au bout de quelques utilisations, meme pas 2 mois si vous l'utilisez souvent, les patches deviennent noirs et totalement inopérants.
Au cumulé entre les changements de patches, les bouteilles de gel conducteur j'ai du dépensé 2 fois plus que le prix de l'appareil et aujourdhui encore je dois en racheter. c'est trop, beaucoup trop ! Si au moins les patches ne coutaient pas chers et qu'on en trouvait facilement. mais d'abord ils sont des fois en rupture de stock et quand il y en a ça coute 17€ le patch ! 17€ pour 20 usages ! Faites vous massez par votre conjoint ce sera plus rentable !
