Beurer product

I use or have used Beurer products, many times they have worked well but devices with bluetooth features such as the personal scales BF880 work well until the first jam after that some of the features stop working because there is no bluetooth connection and there is no way to restore it.

Absolutely amazibg experience

Absolutely amazibg experience. I have purchased Beurer red light lap on amazon, unfortunately it stopped working in less than 2 months. I contacted company and they solved my problem withing 3 days and send me brand new bulb for the lamp. Thank you so .uch again.

Opkobling til app dårlig

Vægten fungerer fint, men opkobling til den nye app er håbløs. Det virker som om man skal købe en ny vægt for at få det til at fungere.

Had an issue with my TENS/EMS device which was sorted in one quick email to customer services...... thanks for helping the non-tech savvy user..!!

Very pleased with customer service at Beurer

My excellent little heated lumbar cushion stopped working whilst still in warranty. Beurer dealt with this efficiently and sent me a replacement quickly. Highly recommended company.

Unfortunately, I have to change brand...

I purchased a dual controller heated under blanket a few years ago and loved it. It was a great item and would still be if we could get replacement controllers.

One failed after around a year and a half - my husband tried to get an OEM replacement but couldn't. He found a second hand one on an auction website.

The other controller failed this year (3+ or so years). I also tried to get an OEM replacement by enquiring with Beurer.

The response took a while and was polite, etc, but there is no resolution as Beurer don't provide/sell replacement controllers. They did ask for my receipt to see if the item was still under warranty but I can't locate it.

As the item is effectively useless, I will be replacing it with a brand for which I can get replacement controllers/after care.

Faulty blanket replaced super fast …

I contacted Beurer when my electric blanket stopped working .They responded so quickly asking me to send the product back to them .
They kindly replaced the blanket with a new one even though I purchased this blanket a couple of years ago.I am so grateful for this thank you

Top Service

Sehr schnelle und freundliche Antwort.
Sehr Hilfsbereit und das defekte Gerät wurde in Garantie ersetzt. Nach 2 Tage war es dann auch schon bei mir zu Hause eingetroffen.
Das Gerät ging zwar nach 1 Jahr schon kaputt, die Qualität war aber stets hervorragend.

I bought the beurer medical

I bought the beurer medical , pain free, bought in Spain, but l live in the UK and didn't if l have to use spcial plug here .
Wrote to them, question was answer in few days. If l have any more question they will reply. So very happy.

Great help from Beurer

I had a problem with my TENS machine and emailed for help. I received a very detailed and helpful reply the next working day. Whilst I think the original instructions could have been clearer I couldn’t fault the help I received.

Beurer Scales & Service

Bathroom scales which have given perfect service started to 'act' funny after over three years. I contacted Beurer service through their website and got a very detailed and reasoned response to my query. After following their instructions, my bathroom scales are now working perfectly again. Carmela- customer service

My Beurer light was faulty after a year, Carmela was efficiently helping me with the process and replaced my light with a new one. She also agreed to refund my postal fee for sending back the original broken light.

Query about guarantee

So pleased with customer service regarding the warranty on our new electric blanket. The store we purchased it from said we would have to validate the guarantee which clearly wasn't the case. Carmela got back to our email really quickly

Waited and was worth it!

Contact with Carmela in their customer service team was professional and helpful (thank you, once again).

The product itself is of a high standard. Glad I trusted it and got two. Breathed a sigh of relief.

Payment method was questionable but worked well.

The ‘wait times’ need support. Be prepared to be patient.

Such a good reputation for a good reason.

I think they must be having to put in place ‘work-arounds’ (Brexit issues and other economics) to still function at all in the UK so worth the additional wait/stress.
