Chauffe Matelas HS au bout de 3 ans ! Il a fonctionné 10 min par jour 3 hivers la télécommande est morte hors on me soutient qu ils n en vendent pas séparément alors qu elle se branche sur la prise du chauffe matelas et qu ils en fabriquent tous les jours ! HONTEUX ce service clients , ´ achetez pas chez eux

Very helpful company, I had purchased some bathroom scales 14 months previous which kept failing on batteries. After several helpful emails they sent a replacement. Always professional, polite and easy to deal with. Thank you

My son bought me a Monogram Komfort double blanket 37961 for Christmas in 2022. This worked fine for nearly 2 years but then developed a fault,as the blanket was guaranteed for 3 years I reported the issue to Beurer. The fault that it developed was overheating thus causing my bedding to scorch and singe. Fortunately the blanket turned off or else the whole lot would have caught on fire.
Beurer, on this occasion were very efficient, I retuned the blanket, it was inspected, the fault was found and I was sent a replacement. This replacement lasted 5 months before it developed the same fault and scorched more of my bedding. I returned the item aa requested and was told I would have to wait 4 weeks for the item to be inspected, this being in the middle of winter when a heated bed was essential for me.
After 4 weeks I had an Email asking me to prove what type of mattress I used, I provided this with a photo of the label. Now 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my case to be resolved. In total it has now been 8 weeks and we are getting nowhere.
My argument and complaint is that if an item develops the same fault twice then there must be a design or component failure.
The customer service that I have received this time is appalling. I would definitely not recommend buying any Beurer products based on my experience.

I returned a faulty item which was over 2 years old. It came with a 3 year warranty.
The customer service was very good. Prompt replies.
I posted the item to them and received an email within a few days to say the item was being replaced and would be delivered before the end of the week. It arrived by the end of the week.
No compliants at all.

Hvad den bør være hos kvinder. Ifølge vægt er jeg på grænsen til meget fedt, men andre professionelle guides er tallene MEGET anderledes og jeg har lavet fedtprocent (hvilket giver mening, ifht. Mit aktivitetsniveau og kropsbygning)
Hver bruger skal have mail tilknyttet, så det skal man ændre før hver måling hvilket er besværligt.
Så ok god vægt, men hurtig misvejledende.

Beurer make some good products – my wife has one of their TENS machines and likes it. In this case, though, I bought an ME 90 heart monitor and for various reasons it did not work well for me. Beurer was pretty good at accepting a return and giving me a refund. I’d buy their products again, confident that there are real people you can talk to if something goes wrong.
Excellent after sales service and a very good product

I ordered a heated throw for the winter but it never heated up. I was asked to return it which i did but had to chase the refund for weeks. They told me it takes a month for them to investigate to see if it is faulty. I dont know how it takes that long to plug in a blanket and see that its rubbish. Eventually I did get it but it was hard work and a lot of emails.

I bought a Heat Pad from Beurer over two years Ago. It is an excellent product. When I had a problem with it Beurer's Customer Service replaced it immediately. This is a company you can trust for the quality of their products and their aftersales service.

Pessima azienda. Ho acquistato 2 scaldasonni negli anni. Ora il primo (che ha 5anni di vita) si è rotto. L'azienda non esegue riparazioni fuori garanzia. Non fornisce nemmeno punti di riparazione dove portarli. Ho telefonato e scritto più volte ma sono stata snobbata come un fastidio. Assistenza post vendita zero. Comportamento scorretto, perché dopo che acquisti e scade la garanzia, devi sperare che non si rompa lo scaldasonno sennò ti tocca buttarlo e comprarne un altro. Da un altra azienda ovviamente.

Bin sehr unzufrieden mit der Servicezeit für Probleme mit dieser Firma.
Man wird gebeten freundlich sich nicht erneut zu melden Antwort dauert mindestens 1Woche....
