I recently had an issue with my EM49 unit. I wrote to Beurer on there customer service email. They tried to resolve the issue remotely but when it became apparent that it could not resole the issue, they requested that bi send in the unit for testing. The unit was found to be faulty and a replacement was dispatched. Despite what I have read in other reviews is that would certainly purchase again from this company.

My heated blanket broke within a month. Customer service was very unhelpful.
Do not purchase these products. I recently purchased an electric throw blanket. Not wanting to buy Chinese goods i thought this German product would be perfect. However; it was totally useless and barely heats up. I suspect EU regulations have made it unfit for purpose.
Still waiting for a refund still outstanding.
Fantastic and efficient returns experience. Faulty blanket was returned and assessed, fault acknowledged and replacement issued very quickly. Very pleased with service.

Bought an electric blanket with a switch off timer facility. When it turns off the control flashes constantly until you turn it off, in other words it wakes you up!! How crazy is that, customer services solution was to leave it on overnight!
Never again will I buy from this company

Very disappointed. We ordered a throw following a recommendation. On arrival, the item did not heat and so we contacted Beurer to make a return. We were directed to their returns portal and a paid for returns service. 3 weeks later Beurer are denying they have it (although we have proof of handing it to Evri and it being in the returns process). Apparently it is now our problem to get proof of delivery from Evri, although Evri say it is for Beurer to confirm delivery. Meanwhile we are still £79.99 out of pocket. My only choice now is to go through the Credit Card chargeback process.
Excellent customer service from Beuerer when I had a faulty electric blanket. Everything was dealt with very quickly and efficiently, and a replacement was sent to me immediately.

I bought a heat pad from amazon for my Mum which unfortunately stopped working not long before the 3 year warranty was due to expire. Carmela replied to my enquiry promptly and after a few emails back and forth, with photos of the faulty product, I received a new one within a week. Thank you Carmela for being so reliable and for trusting me. My mum was over the moon when I took the replacement one to her yesterday. So nice to have excellent customer support for a change! If only more businesses were willing to help out their customers!

I absolutely love the Beurer foot warmer, it’s ideal if like me you suffer with cold feet. Unfortunately I experienced a problem with my purchase, but Carmela quickly and efficiently sorted this out to my satisfaction. I’m a very happy customer.

I purchased a product from Amazon which had a three year warranty.
After two years the product failed so emailed customer service at Beurer UK.
Excellent customer service, a prompt reply to the initial email, then troubleshooting tips sent, when these didn’t work I was asked to return the product for inspection.
The product was sent back, within a week (they initially said it could be four weeks) I had an email to say it had been tested and failed, and as the product was still under warranty a new replacement was being sent out within 24 hrs with next day delivery.
Excellent customer service and an excellent product, but sometimes they do fail, but this was immediately rectified.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company 10/10 for products and customer service.

Purchased the Beurer heat pad recently, great product, lovely soft comfortable pad. Unfortunately had an issue with it, so contacted Beurer for some advice, I couldn’t get through via phone so left a message. I left my name & number and they sent me a WhatsApp message back. I was extremely impressed with their speedy response, they asked me for my email address, I responded and they sent me an email link opening up an enquiry. Everything was resolved very quickly, thank you. It was so nice receiving such great customer service, very efficient and friendly.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto il 14 gennaio con grandi aspettative, ma purtroppo sono rimasto molto deluso. Dopo averlo portato a casa e steso sul letto, ho atteso più di un’ora impostandolo al livello 4, ma non si è scaldato. Ho quindi deciso di riportarlo al negozio, dove mi è stato gentilmente sostituito con un altro esemplare.
Purtroppo, anche il secondo prodotto ha presentato lo stesso problema: ho provato nuovamente per un’ora al livello 4 e successivamente al livello 3, ma il risultato è stato identico. L’unico punto che scaldava leggermente era vicino all’attacco della presa e al telecomando, ma la coperta in sé rimaneva completamente fredda.
Mi dispiace davvero, perché il prodotto sembrava di alta qualità e promettente. È stata un’esperienza deludente, e non lo consiglio basandomi sulla mia esperienza personale.

Ich erhielt von dort einen Rücksendeschein übermittelt, das UB 75 l wurde geprüft und repariert. innerhalb von 10 Tagen erhielt ich kostenlos mein Wärmeunterbett wieder zurück.

J'ai choisi d'acheter sur le site officiel de Beurer France plutôt que chez un revendeur malgré du fait que le produit était plus cher chez Beurer. Réconfortée par une promotion annoncée, la remise de 20 % ne s'est jamais ajoutée au moment de payment comme indiqué sur le site. Je n'ai pas non plus pu beneficer de la remise de 10 % pour l'inscription à la Newsletter. Cette remise n'a jamais été appliquée par la suite, malgré mes multiples échanges avec le service client, qui a refusé de résoudre le problème ou de corriger leur erreur dans la communication de la première promotion.
De plus, après seulement quelques semaines d'utilisation, j'ai constaté un phénomène inquiétant : une sensation de friction électrique entre mes doigts et la peau de mon ami lorsque les deux moitiés du matelas étaient allumées. Cela remet sérieusement en question la sécurité du produit.
De cliente satisfaite (je viens de remplacer un ancien matelas chauffant de Beurer par un nouveau), je suis passée à une consommatrice déçue et inquiète, et je ne recommande plus Beurer autour de moi.
