We have had a Beurer Electric Fleece Heat Pad for about 16 months and while it has worked faultlessly and brilliantly for the whole time it unfortunately stopped working last week, I was just about to order a replacement from Argos but I thought I would contact Beurer first just in case there was anything that could be done, much to my surprise the heat pad has a 3 year warranty! Carmela from the customer support team replied really quickly and after I sent proof of purchase she has organised for a replacement pad to be sent out via DPD. Great product and even better customer service. Thank you.

Ho acquistato a dicembre un misuratore di pressione (costo poco meno di 100 euro in offerta). Fatte le prove in farmacia mi accorgo che ci sono 6 punti di differenza. Troppi.
Chiamo ora assistenza clienti e mi rispondono che fino a 10 punti di differenza sono tollerati. Scherziamo??cosa mi serve allora oggetto??? Fino a 80 la pressione è normale, ma da 80 devo prendere la pastiglia. È lo stesso che tirare i dadi.

Having purchased Beurer equipment for many years and having always been very pleased with the quality and customer support I bought one of the above luggage scales primarily for this purpose from Ebay just over 2 years ago.The item was sold as new and came in the original packing but after only 2 years and about 4 uses it failed to charge and I can only assume that the battery has failed. I contacted Beurer and sent them the receipt and they informed me that they do not honour equipment warranties unless purchased from authorised sellers. I note that they do not sell this item anymore so I can only assume that it did not sell or was of poor quality.
In my experience, most reputable companies will honour the warranties on new equipment sold through Ebay as they know it is good for their reputation.
So, if you purchase any Beurer equipment through Ebay you can't rely on the warranty no matter what the seller tells you.

Har netop købt bf 720 vægt. Den synkronisere ikke med app som markedsført. Kan kun bruges til manuel vejning.

Owned a heat pad for over 2 years when it developed a fault. Customer service asked for proof of purchase and photos of the item, before sending out a replacement free of charge.

Excellent customer service. We owned a heat pad with 3-year warranty. After more than 2 years, it failed. I contacted customer service, was redirected to the country where I bought the item (UK), and a replacement was sent within a week. My only issue was that Beurer UK would not organise a replacement to my new location (Germany), which seems strange considering they are a Germany company.

Skodvægt. Intet virker. Viser kun vægt og ikke nogen af de andre parametre. vil ikke synkronisere med app. Når jeg stiller mig op på vægten får jeg en vægt - træder ned venter til den slukker og træder derefter op på vægten igen - der nu måler 2 kg mindre - dette er konsekvent ved hver måling.
Prøver at installere apps men hold da op hvor er det besværligt. Skal acceptere at alle mine personlige oplysninger bliver tilgængelige for beurers brug. Adgangskoden til min profil skal være kæmpelang. Og når så alt er accepteret for big brother beurer og lange adgangskoder indtastet og alt godkendt kan jeg ikke logge ind på appen - skod skod skod.
Jeg smider vægten ud og køber en ny af et andet brand - magen til skodvægt skal man lede længe efter. Får kun en stjerne fordi jeg ikke kan give 0

Questo dispositivo per la microdermoabrasione Beurer è davvero di ottima fattura e i risultati, con un po' di insistenza, sono veramente apprezzabili. Ho altri prodotti dello stesso brand e trovo la qualità costruttiva del marchio elevata. Tuttavia mi duole constatare che le testine abrasive ( che dopo un po' di utilizzi occorre cambiare ) non sono disponibili. Le due testine a grana spessa, indispensabili per la pelle del viso, non sono presenti nemmeno sul loro sito internet.
Ovviamente non sperate di poterne acquistare aftermarket poiché non ne troverete compatibili e della stessa qualità.
Dal loro sito la misura delle suddette testine è 00,0x 00,0 x 00,0. Io la trovo una pratica commerciale scorrettissima nel momento in cui non potete acquistarle nemmeno da loro originali Sostanzialmente non vogliono farvi sapere la misura delle testine per non poterne acquistare diverse.
Quindi... A questo prezzo di listino NON COMPRATE QUESTO ARTICOLO poiché vi ritrovereste con un articolo che anziché durare nel tempo è in sostanza un articolo USA e GETTA ( dopo qualche utilizzo )
La cosa che trovo ridicola è che vendono il cavo di ricambio per attaccarlo alla corrente e non ciò per cui è stato davvero concepito questo attrezzo, cioè per la skin care.
Lo stesso discorso vale per i filtrini di ricambio, anch'essi indispensabili e che dal sito risultano in arrivo già da un po' di tempo. Anche qui, scordatevi di prenderne altri non originali.
Aggiungo che il servizio cliente latita nelle risposte al cliente. Un articolo che seppur ben funzionante per i motivi sopracitati mi ha deluso tantissimo.
Non buttate via i vostri soldi, piuttosto cercate un altro dispositivo per la microdermoabrasione.

After a wiring fault in a two and a half year old heat pad, my expectations were low on getting a positive response. How little did I know however, both Zoe and Carmela in the customer service team were exceptionally helpful.
I had a replacement sent out via next day delivery without any hesitation.
Thank you to all at Beurer Customer service team, whatever they pay you isn’t enough.

Zero customer service and many emails back and forth looking for information and many weeks later finally calling to ascertain if the product was in her possession and after her telling me she would keep a note to contact me when she had the item was in.

Excellent customer service!
I had an issue with my massage gun, which is 2 years old. I contacted customer services and they arranged to inspect it. On inspection they offered to send me a replacement free of charge as the warranty was still valid. Would recommend.

We adore our Beurer heated blanket and when my dog chewed our charger cable we really missed it. Luckily their customer service sent out a replacement at a decent cost. Great service from the customer service team who were quick and efficient.

Scales unfortunately broke after having had them a couple of years. So having got in touch with Carmella (Beurer customer services) and gone through all the troubleshooting, they're now sending out a replacement scales of the newer model at no cost. Efficient and helpful, with minimal inconvenience and stress. Thank you very much again Carmella and the Beurer CS team :-)

I bought a blanket a year ago a d it was working fine but when I started getting trouble, the company were brilliant and they communicated very promptly. They fixed my issue with no worries. Highly recommend the company and the blanket is amazing 👏.
