Beurer - Customer Service at its best.

I contacted Beurer after a Heated Cushion that I had purchased through Amazon a year ago failed. Using their website I messaged them asking if they could help , but I didn’t think I would get much response as I was just 1 small customer and had bought my item through Amazon. I was very wrong! They emailed me back the next day offering help and asking for the purchase details etc, and after replying to them they then gave me details on how to send the cushion to them. After sending it to them 48hrs later they email me back saying they are sending me a replacement! My mum will be over the moon!
The Customer Service Staff have been amazing, and I wish all companies had the same excellent customer service support that Beurer have provided. Thank you again!

To clarify our policies, your original device was purchased in 2018, and a replacement was sent in 2020, as per your previous communications with us. As explained by our customer service team; Our heating products come with a 3-year guarantee, and since your heat pad was purchased in 2018, it would no longer be covered under the guarantee. The team did also explain that we do not offer a repair service for these items, as the cost of repair would exceed that of a replacement device, and so would not be cost effective for yourself. We regret that this has led to disappointment on your part and assure you that the decision was made after careful consideration and in adherence to our terms.

Whilst we appreciate this isn't the outcome you had hoped for, we thank you for the opportunity to investigate this further. Best wishes, Beurer UK

It really does work

It really does work! I bought the insect bite healer because the mosquitoes love me. Now as soon as they bite I use this and it takes the sting away. Beurer is a fantastic company to deal with.

Herlp Desk team great …10/10

Had a problem with my Hair straighteners as they didn't seem to be charging. The team were very helpful when I contacted them.
Since then I have realised that it was the charging cable that was the problem, probably got mixed up with a faulty one. I contacted them regarding this and received a very nice thankyou letter.
Totally happy with the product now.

Beurer Shiatsu Back Massager

We recently purchased a Beurer Shiatsu Back Massager and it is wonderful. The action is so thorough and relaxing and the settings are very easy to use. My partner has had back problems for a long time and finds it to be very helpful and reduces the aches and pains.
I also sent a request about the need to register the purchase and got a very timely and pleasant response.
Highly recommend this product and this company.

I purchased a foot warmer approx. 18 months ago. I contacted Beurer as it stopped working and they arranged for a replacement to be sent. I was extremely impressed with their customer service especially Carmela. Thank you

Mesures erronées

Concerne Beurer France
J’ai eu deux BF720 qui présentent un défaut dans les mesures de composition corporelle. Exemple 1,80 m et 3 kg d’os au lieu de 13 à 14. De fait toutes les BF720 produisent des indications fausses. De plus le service client est de mauvaise fois, peu aimable, et refuse de prendre en charge les frais de retour en violation de l’Article L.217-11 du Code de la consommation.

Très très déçue.

La qualité des embouts de ponçage n'est plus la même.
Et surtout 2 sèche-cheveux défectueux qu'il faudrait que je renvoie à mes frais 😡
Le service client ne répond plus et ne propose rien !!
La réponse automatique en anglais qui ne sert à rien. La cerise 👍

Measurements are wrong!

How can this weight scale be working for 3 weeks showing the body fat % and kg going down and now after 4 days in total the weight has suddenly gone up everything it showed I’ve lost in 3 week 😡 That is physically impossible for me to gain all that weight in 4 days! Now I wonder if the measurement were correct the other 3 weeks!

Really dissatisfying and disappointing weight scale! Waste of money and experience!

Excellent professional service

After contacting beurer regarding a fault with my product the lovely carmela dealt with my problem very politely and in a friendly manner. The problem was sorted very quickly without any fuss.

Warranty Claim

Although initially it seemed very long winded it was a thorough process and i was able to return the faulty electric blanket and get a replacement. Carmela, the member of staff I dealt with was very efficient and I felt she handled the issue very well

Quick Fix to Technical Issue

Had a technical glitch when trying to make an order, made the Beurer team aware at 4pm who responded straight away and by 9am the following day I had a follow-up e-mail letting me know the issue was resolved. Great Service from Carmela and the team.

Compré un set de manicura y a los 5 meses se estropeó, dado que estaba en garantía me lo repararon pero tras dos años ha vuelto a fallar. No puede ser que en 3 años y poco se haya estropeado dos veces. Son aparatos muy malos, no recomiendo comprarlos y la casa se desentiende de todo. Mejor otra marca

jeg nåede det svære kun have min i 3 uger så viste den erro messags så jeg resat den.. hvor efter jeg skiftede batterri. den viser en vægt i dag og i morgen en vægt på 7-10 kg mere.. men igen krop analyse. det digitale systen er fock up.

I recently bought the Beurer BR90

I recently bought the Beurer BR90
I have tried it a few times now and realise it is not working on me. I called Curry's where I purchased it from and they have given me a run around, what I mean by that is that they give me no's to call and to no conclusion. The product on their site claims to "Get instant relief from bites with heat".
Also "Helps with itching and swelling".
The product is not faulty am sure as ir does light up etc. But for me it is not fit for purpose and have wasted money and time on this product.
