I honestly can not fault Beyond Clinic.
We rang for some advice and spoke to Layla who was absolutely fantastic. I had so many questions regarding my 6 year old daughter and getting her diagnosed.
We got her diagnosis of ADHD and ODD and stayed with Beyond clinic to medicate her until the nhs we happy to take over.
The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Jess was great and listened to all my concerns whilst my daughter was on medication.

Such a fantastic place to guide you or your child through an ADHD diagnosis. It is so important to get this right and I am writing this review so you know that you can be confident with Beyond through every step of the process. Me and my eldest son had already been diagnosed via another company so I was already well acquainted with the process. As my youngest son was only 17 I needed a clinic who could diagnose under 18s. Plus it was important that it could be conducted online. My first call with Layla was a great introduction to the company…she was so patient and answered all my questions with compassion and a genuine need to help and reassure. This really isn’t always the case at this stage with other ADHD clinics. It is quite an involved process with lots of forms and questionnaires but they make sure it is a straightforward. Joseph, the psychiatric nurse, who began the initial testing was very though and patient. Dr Shah, the psychiatrist, who completed the diagnosis with Danny was very professional and so thoughtful and great at listening. The report he produced was extremely thorough and detailed. Again…this isn’t a given with all psychiatrists! The diagnosis was given there and then and the report produced quickly with no need to chase. Further meetings with Sharron re medication and Vicky were informative and compassionate. I like to ask lots of questions and everyone is very happy to take the extra time to make sure you have full understanding. This was certainly my best experience with a clinic through the whole process. I have had many dealing with private clinics due to ADHD but also Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The reason for such a positive review is that trying to get the right treatment for children is very hard and stressful and expensive for mums. There have been expensive and frustrating mistakes along the way and I just want you to know that this one won’t be. This is a quite a new clinic and hasn’t quite got extensive reviews yet. Be reassured it is a clinic which will put you as the patient first.

I contacted Beyond Clinics a few months ago after my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. This led me to notice similarities between her symptoms and my own, which I had been unaware of until recently. Initially, I was nervous about committing to the assessment process due to both the cost and the fear that I might not receive a diagnosis, leaving me without answers to why I’ve always felt so different and struggled with tasks that most people find second nature.

From my first call with Layla to my regular and final call with Heather, the service has been both quick and thorough. All the staff members I spoke to along the way were incredibly friendly and put me at ease throughout the entire process.

Ultimately, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which has provided much-needed clarity. My GP is now taking on the shared care plan, which is a relief. I am grateful for the thorough and compassionate care provided by Beyond Clinics.

My fiancé has been with beyond for since last year getting a diagnosis for ADHD after spending years trying to get this on the NHS.

From our first calls with Beyond, we spoke to Layla who was so helpful and always answered our questions and helped us get started on the process.

My fiancé, his mum and I first met with Morgan who from the second we met him made us all extremely calm. As we spent time with Morgan we all felt listened to and more importantly my fiancé felt understood for the first time.

After the diagnose my fiancé has been under Heathers care. Heather has been so helpful and caring throughout the process.

The whole diagnosis process was very thorough and involved multiple electronic test, questionnaires, an appointment with a psychiatric nurse who did an assessment and approximately 2.5hours with Morgan the psychiatrist. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout and any and all questions were answered throughly.

As a health care professional, my fiances mum commented that diagnosis process was very patient centred and Morgan had a real gift at making us comfortable. The process followed national evidence based guidelines which was very reassuring and Beyond were flexible when it came to the shared care agreement with our GP, or taking time to modify processes to ensure the shared care agreement was in line with our local health board guidelines.

The journey to find the most appropriate treatment for my fiance took longer than expected due to a trial of a few different medications. Beyond showed again a patient centred approach providing the additional support that was required to get the perfect treatment schedule at no extra cost.

The pharmacy Beyond use Acre is also an incredible service. Medication was ordered with Heather and at our door within 48 hours. We received a text the day before to advise it had been shipped and another on the day to advise when it would arrive. This helps during the trial period as we did not have to even think about the medication, when it would arrive or running out of medication.

On a personal note, our lives have changed significantly for the better since encountering Beyond and we are so thankful for the genuine compassionate Beyond team, their professionalism, the friendliness of the reception team always open to chat and encourage and for Morgan the psychiatrist for his outstanding patient care.

We had our 11-year-old son diagnosed with ADHD through Beyond Clinics recently. The whole process from end to end was absolutely exceptional. From the initial call with the receptionist, to seeing the nurse and then the Psychiatrist, every interaction was really positive and friendly, which really helped put our son (and us) at ease. They did an excellent job of explaining how the process worked and gave us a really detailed outcome meeting to help us understand the assessment and the outcome. I am very grateful for the kindness and empathy shown by the team and I would wholeheartedly recommend Beyond Clinics.

I engaged Beyond Clinics to help get me a diagnosis one way or the other as to whether I had ADHD or a similar condition as I was exhibiting lots of symptoms but a diagnosis via the NHS would have taken years

Beyond were amazing, from the first call to getting a diagnosis took less that 10 days and the process was both easy, pleasant and extremely thorough with multiple tests and consultations included.

The meeting and subsequent report that followed not only confirmed my ADHD diagnosis but gave an extremely detailed account of me, my background, behaviours and personality traits that demonstrated great understanding and attention to detail around who I am.

Beyond are very professional and really put me at ease and gave me confidence throughout, the team are highly experienced and I am so glad I put my trust in them.
