Items arrived incredibly quickly. When I emailed them regarding a return the customer service team got back to me within hours and couldn't have been kinder or more courteous. Some of the nicest service I have ever received and I will definitely be shopping with them again frequently in the future.

Avoid this company at all cost. Amateur. I made 6 orders....received two. When contacted then I was told it was not their fault.
6 weeks to get a pair of jeans. ‘Marty’ who answered my email didn’t even seem to have read the email I sent.

Service poor, clothes mostly wrongly sized. All in all a terrible experience and I wouldn’t buy from them again

Clothes came fast delivery was simple. Got a couple Nike and Adidas hoodies and they were in mint condition looked almost brand new can't complain. thank you 👌🏻

I'm going to tell about my experience with website and how I receive it in France.
All is perfect ! I love this website, items are wonderful... I received them two days after the order, even if it was during Covid-19's containment. All was meticulously packaged. Unfortunately, one of the articles was too small. I sent a mail to ask exactly what I should make to return it. They answer me immediately and all went well. Now, I'm forward to receive the next order !

Tout est parfait ! J'adore ce site, les articles sont magnifiques... Je les ai reçus deux jours après, malgré le confinement dû au Covid-19. Tout était bien emballé soigneusement. Malheureusement, un article s'est révélé trop petit. J'ai envoyé un mail pour demander exactement comment faire, ils m'ont répondu immédiatement et tout s'est très bien passé ! J'attends ma prochaine commande avec impatience !

Love their location near brick lane. Size of shop is good with different varieties of apparel.

They sold me a woman's jacket, claiming it was a mens jacket. They refused to pay for my return postage despite them lying about the product they were selling.

I ordered a Christmas jumper, it arrived very quickly, the product was exactly as in the photos and very good quality. I’ll be shopping here again next year for another ugly vintage Christmas jumper!

Bought what I thought was a Ralph Lauren sweatshirt from the website, didn’t know when they said ‘remastered vintage items’ they meant a cheap sweater from fruit of the loom with a pocket and logo badly stitched on the front. Don’t trust ‘branded’ items on the website

Don't buy from this company, I purchased a Lacoste cardigan. What arrived was a cheap imitation, damaged, dishcloth material that would disintegrate in a wash. They still haven't refunded my money. don't shop here, the clothes they sell are fake

Took £100 from my account for a £23 sweater , bank account locked. Scam , don’t buy from here

A brilliant shop to get in and have a good old rummage. Rails and rails of well organised retro clothing sorted into clothes types - dresses, blouses, skirts, coats, jumpsuits, jeans, sports wear etc. Men to left of shop - women to the right. A spacious building which is very easy to walk around at your leisure, well lit and with changing rooms too. Reasonably priced and great quality for retro clothing. A fantastic place that I will definitely be recommending to my friends.

Beyond retro is my favorite store, because their clothes are really nice and pretty!
