Great ! was able to reduce the home value by 40k on protest !!

Got decent results with the property tax protest. More importantly the company seems very transparent. Less commission compared to Ownwell. Our results were bad with Ownwell last year and we still paid more in commission to them.

Left this to the final day of the window, entirely in character. I fully expected to be told I had missed it and to try again next spring. Good support management and reduced tax with county
