I bought the Long Line Spaghetti Strap Bralette. Love it! It makes the girls look good, the super wide band sits comfortably and probably my favourite thing about it. It's definitely something I would wear everyday, feels like it would be great to wear for light exercise, like a walk. Great product to sleep in as well. I think I might need to buy more, one definitely isn't enough! <3

Dreadful quality products. I bought a crop Top Bra that it physically took the skin off me it was so rough. The material was akin to sandpaper, some sort of cheap nylon that literally hurt to touch. When I complained they redirected me to a sight that said that I hate to pay to have it returned as they didn't include any return details in the package. Then they had the audacity to send me more promotional rubbish with a $10 voucher included! Appalling!

The saga continues with Bfree. It could be interpreted as a joke if it weren't for the fact there's nothing "free" about this company. $10 to return substandard intimate apparel so small it's obviously Asian sizes and then charged an additional $10 postage for a still tiny inferior garment. Upon sending the item back I've been attempting to contact customer service for well over a month and I'm ghosted both by email and on the site itself which in my opinion is a drop shipping company. I have a friend who ordered what suspiciously appeared to be the exact items from TEMU. I was promised a refund on both the items, bra and shorts, and if the issue isn't resolved soon I'm taking the matter to the relevant authorities

I purchased a Bra and was very disappointed in the quality. You have to remove the pads and hand wash separately. ALso the pads are very poor quality and twist and snag in their pouches, and dont add a jot to decent shape. The sizing is poor ( smaller than expected). Clicked on the Returns link only to find no refund, just another product or a store credit AND A $10 INVOICE to get the return address as a sticker, What !! Returns are a customer right!! Let alone paying for them. Shocking gouging, yes I know your returns policy is in small print at the end of the returns link, should one find it. I just assumed the right to a refund as so many of my suppliers offer.

Terrible. Beware that sizing is inaccurate. The stick on bras I purchased were much smaller than they advertise. There is absolutely no way a larger breasted person can wear these. Absolute rip off given that they do not refund for stick on bras. I understand that they can’t exchange this item for hygiene reasons but the product isn’t fit for purpose based on the ridiculous size system. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Poor cut, no support, distance between shoulders and armpits huge. Would have given 0 if I could.

Bought their wireless minimiser lace bra, washed it once and the lace snapped in multiple places throughout but because it had been almost two months since I received the bra all I got was a discount for 15 dollars. Really says something that they don't believe their own bras should last longer than 2 months without significant damage. Added with the fact that the size chart isn't accurate and having to send it back is up to the consumer to pay for. According to the size chart I was fit for their size L/XL but it was much to large to the point it didn't minimise at all. Even with the "correct size" I still have spillage on the top so the fits up to an F is definitely false as I'm an E cup. Overall wouldn't recommend, not worth the hassle especially with no money returns on top of all the faults. The fact there's not one, one star review or even a two star review also makes me suspicious.

Update to reply to company feedback: The lace isn't broken at the edge but throughout the middle which can be seen in the photos. Trimming isn't an option I'd have to rip off the entire lace panel. Wear and tear shouldn't happen after a few wears and a single wash. I've never seen this happen to any of my lace or delicate garments before even after owning for a much longer time. A 15 dollar coupon isn't helpful as I would not want to purchase another bra that will break so quickly with not option to refund and if the size chart was not accurate for my first purchase who's to say it would be accurate for the next. It adds up quickly to pay shipping for every return even if the fault is not the customers.

I am giving three stars for two reasons; I did really like one of the bras I received, it was very comfortable. The compression bras, however, were awful for a larger chest size. As soon as I tried them on I realised they weren’t suitable and I contacted BFree to request a return so I could purchase another elsewhere. Lo and behold, they do not offer refunds, only store credit or exchanges. This goes against Australian consumer law. After a long discussion and several follow ups, I ultimately did end up receiving a refund for those compression bras, which is the second reason I gave a higher rating. BFree were very reluctant to give me a refund and I had to threaten escalation to the ACCC before they agreed. I would encourage BFree to align their business policies with Australian Consumer Law otherwise I don’t foresee their business succeeding long term. I won’t be a returning customer for concern of future purchases not being suitable for my body and not being entitled to a refund.

I bought a size M/L and they hold me in so well, super supportive even without padding or wires!
I loved the black so I had to get the cream colour as well!

A consumer right is a refund. Bfreeaustralia begrudgingly - after many hoop jumps - provide a refund and even then, they keep a percentage of the refund for their costs. I call that ordinary.

I recently purchased multiple items from the 100% cotton range, including high cut underwear, long pants, long sleeves, and tank tops. I am absolutely in love with these pieces.
The Cotton range has exceeded my expectations. The combination of comfort, softness, versatility, and the ability to mix and match colors has made these garments a staple in my wardrobe. I recently purchased the thermals top and bottom set, and I must say, it has completely changed the way I approach chilly weather. As someone who is constantly cold and needs multiple layers to stay warm, this set has been an absolute game-changer for me. It's so incredibly effective that I no longer need to pile on layer after layer just to stay comfortable.
Considering its high quality, the softness of the fabric, and exceptional warmth, the price is more than reasonable! I personally purchased the classic black and the vibrant Jade, I cannot recommend these thermals highly enough. It's an absolute winner for anyone who, like me, is always cold and in need of extra layers.

After covid I can’t go back to underwires and wanted to invest in some really nice quality bras. BFree’s bamboo padded bras are just the best. So comfortable and supportive and gives a nice shape. I also love the matching bamboo high cuts and colour range. They cater for a huge range of sizes too so there is something for everyone.

Extremely disappointed. This company makes so many false claims in their advertising about the sizes the bras cater for. It’s absolute rubbish. They are not suited to large breasted women. They post supposed legitimate reviews from customers however as soon as I posted an honest review about my experience it was deleted & I was blocked! How can you trust the reviews from a company that does that? If you have to return because the item doesn’t fit the size guide that they provide they actually charge you a fee! You still have to pay the shipping costs to return & an extra fee on top! Their customer service is atrocious. I emailed a question about sizing before I purchased which they never answered, that should have been my first clue not to trust them.

I can’t praise them enough. I hadn’t worn a bra in twenty years due to my weight and lack of confidence. I tried their bras and omg the difference. They’re quality and they package everything in a lovely way. Very very happy.
