Excellent Trainers and Outstanding Customer Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered a pair of custom Sopranos trainers from BG Customs. There were a few issues with the prints, but the guy was absolutely brilliant throughout. He was honest, apologetic and went out of his way to put things right, even covering the return postage costs of £13.90 and generously refunding me £15.

The trainers are now perfect and I absolutely love them! It's rare to find customer service like this these days. A genuine, trustworthy guy who really cares about his customers. Highly recommended and will definitely be ordering again!

Bought shoes of diffrent kinds over the last year my latest order just arrived 2 pairs of shoes and they are perfect not a single detail missed never had a bad order with theese people truely have outdone themselves again

My shoes have finally arrived, they are an amazing pair! They may have been delayed and was hard to get in contact at first, but after having a chat with the lovely team on WhatsApp they made sure I got my shoes and apologised for human error! Would definitely buy again, for a small business they’re doing their best and the shoes are great.

I had mixed feelings ordering originally from the reviews but happy to say i bit the bullet.
Small business so of course it’ll take time to get your order but the end product is brilliant. I got the stone roses and what you see on the site and tik tok is what you get! 10/10 great customer service , great product! The bad reviews seem to be bogus as i had no issues receiving the order as it arrived earlier than expected!

Great experience ordering and great communication and shoes arrived in perfect condition and great craftsmanship.

Very, very happy with this customized product and the service from BG Customs. It looked great! The perfect gift for hardcore fans!

Five star service 👍

I highly recommend them – 100% quality and absolutely brilliant!

I’ve been a fan of BG Customs for a while and followed them on social media but never saw a pair of shoes that I’d like to own myself. Until I saw the Breaking Bad ones! My nickname is Walter White so I had to have a pair! The ordering process was simple and smooth and I was updated at each step. When the shoes arrived I was amazed at the craftsmanship and attention to detail, worth every penny knowing that they’ll be a great conversion starter and I doubt I will never meet anybody else who owns a pair. Highly recommended. Thank you BG CUSTOMS!
