Excellent communication. Responded to my requests quickly; beautiful shoes! Would buy again from them.

I purchased a customized comic from mecomic.com on April 12 and delivery was promised 3 days later and until today (April 22) I have not gotten anything.
This seems to be a very clever scam so I hope people read this and fall not for this scam based in Hong Kong

Having a 1/50 trainer is a Great thing to have in the collection, the Quality Time and Skill to do these bespoke trainers is second to none highly recommended I shall be returning for another pair

Much Appreciated guy's

Great service and really great product

Shoes arrived later than expected but kept me informed there was a delay.
Love the design.

Brilliant customer service! Emailed before purchasing over concerns with delivery time, the team were super helpful and agreed to get them done earlier. Kept in contact throughout the process and let me know when they had been delayed due to staff sickness. Despite this, they still arrived early in time for a birthday gift!

The team at BG customs kept me updated throughout the whole process and the work was excellent. Customer care second to none.

Ordered limited edition Stone Roses trainers and everything from start to finish was brilliant, kept me updated and the craftsmanship involved in making them was second to none. Highly recommend this small company to everyone as the designs are great and are always helpful.

Great trainers, absolutely love them. Superb first class company to deal with. Highly recommended. I will be purchasing more styles

No complaints. Initial marketing was good, ordering made simple, ongoing comms good and delivery in decent time.
