Absolute Scam Billy appears to be a gentle man during the order process and all the way up to payment, Once payment is made communication stops no proof of tracking. It has now been 5 months and I have still no received my shoes. After multiple emails chasing Billy confirmed he still had my shoes in hand due to a customs issue but made no effort to reach out to me to resolve or offer a refund. when I chased again he stated he “tried” to post and this was a good enough reason for him. It is 5 months later he still has my shoes and my money. Day light robbery and he sees nothing wrong with this.
Avoid AVOID AVOID. As a business owner myself I would never treat customer like this.
Next stop small claims as it’s a waste of time trying to communicate with him.

Absolute SCAM!!! 1st of all £100 was paid only to be told the account couldn’t be accessed anymore, so another £100 was paid, he then said they had been sent, and hadn’t after waiting for weeks for them to arrive.. he agreed a refund, only to be paid £100 back, so now £170 out of pocket. I would never recommend this company to anymore. I wouldn’t mind the trainers want for me they were for a friend and she’s now £70 out of pocket and we are £100 down. He now fails to answer any messages to anyone, and told if we make a bad review we won’t receive anything!!DiSGUSTING!!!

Received my first order. Customer service was amazing!! Was a last minute order and got them within a couple of days. Could not fault anything and would highly recommend! 👍🏼👍🏼

Just received my Goodbye Goodison trainers and I’m in love! Found BG Customs on TikTok, ordered on the release day, really straightforward. Proactive communication from Billy and team explaining the process. My trainers arrived 5 days after final payment. Thank you Team BG Customs, so happy 💙

Delighted with my custom trainers, this is my 3rd. pair from BG Customs and again the overall service was excellent. Great communication during the whole process, and special care was taken to ensure the trainers turned out perfectly.

Just received my first order from BG Customs. Fantastic customer service, received regular updates from them on my order right from the start, and it’s nice to be in touch with an actual person and not just get automated emails. Trainers look absolutely spot on 👌 and were delivered quicker than I expected. Highly recommend this great company.

Total scam. Paid £100 and was never contacted again. Wrote Billy an email, which he answered saying he would look into it but has ignored me ever since. Have been waiting for my trainers since 31st January.

Communication from the time order was placed to delivery was excellent. Goods were delivered earlier than expected which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend BG Customs

Third time ordering , top quality service and products as always , highly recommended

Scam. I am really disappointed. 160 pounds gone. Dont

Ce sont des voleurs!
J’ai payé pour une paire de chaussures jamais expédiée, sans numéro ni suivi de commande!!
Ne commandez surtout pas

BG Customs is absolutely top-notch! I ordered a pair of custom Adidas inspired by Oasis and their upcoming live tour, and I couldn’t be happier. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and overall design look even better in person. Living in Los Angeles, I can confidently say you won’t find shoes like these anywhere else—truly one of a kind!

The whole process was seamless, and the final product exceeded my expectations. As a massive Oasis fan, these shoes are a dream come true. If you’re looking for high-quality custom sneakers with unique designs, BG Customs is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases!

Highly recommended for any sneaker or music fan looking for something special. Thanks again, BG Customs!
