Great product, excellent service and all round good company
I bought the Les Miserable vase as a housewarming present for my daughter and granddaughter as LM has a special meaning for them. They absolutely love it! Great company to buy from... service was excellent and it arrived beautifully packaged and sooner than I expected. The free bookmark was a bonus too. Highly recommend.

Hi Chelsea,
It seems there might have been a mix-up with your review. We’re Biblio Bloom — the shop that sells book-shaped vases, not books themselves. You actually ordered one of our ceramic book vases last year. Due to a system glitch, Trustpilot automatically sent you a review request in error. We’ve already fixed this issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
If you have any other questions or need assistance, please feel free to let us know — we’re always happy to help! 💛

The box itself is cute knowing the vase is wrapped carefully and perfect to wrap to give as a gift.
The whole process from ordering to receiving the order has been a smooth operation, no issues
No faults can be highlighted.
I'm one very happy customer 😊

Dont bother with "Priority Packing"
Paid for Priority Packing, still havent recieved a tracking order.
Ruined a 10 year anniversary gift.
Have absolutely no idea if I've got an order as order number isn't recognized on website.
Multiple emails asking to purchasing something else and get a free gift, but again no tracking number.
Will happily take your cash though!
