Absolutely made up with the vase’s and bookmarks I ordered. I was kept up to date every step of the well, arrived in good time and very well packaged. One was bought for myself (Alice in Wonderland) which I love and the other was bought for my sister (Beauty and the beast) she is over the moon with hers. Seller was very polite, helpful and informative.

These acrylic vases caught my attention -- I liked the clear acrylic material, and putting memorable book titles on the vases was a genius move. I bought one for a friend's birthday and she loves it! Thanks for the innovative product.

Perfect gift for book & flower lovers
This was the perfect gift for a voracious reader in our family. There were many options available and I found the perfect title.
Unfortunately the package arrived quite crushed and when opened broke into several pieces. I had resigned that this was a lost cause.
To my surprise and delight the team reached out with a courtesy check once the item delivered. When I explained what happened, Jennie immediately tried to make it right and quickly shipped out a replacement that arrived intact!!!
Biblio Bloom didn't need to do any of this and I'm really impressed that they reached out proactively AND made this a great experience. Thanks!

A balm to the soul
This is one of the few places I shall keep revisiting and not just because the order came swiftly and smoothly. It is also due to the creativity, originality and kindness of the hands that make these gifts and the delicate wrapping says it all. So yes, I shall be coming back just for the mere pleasure of seeing beautiful art and sharing a kind word about it

Beautiful product
Lovely gift which is beautifully packaged. I wish I could have afforded the ceramic vase. The bookmark is lovely too.
Was kept informed at all stages of delivery
Just a shame that Yodel threw the package over my gate, despite it being labelled FRAGILE!! Thankfully, due to to being well packed at source, it survived

Every home needs one!
Being an avid reader, these delightful book vases caught my eye. They are unusual, such a great idea. Although my vase took a while to come, I was constantly updated by Irene. My vase and complimentary bookmark arrived, well wrapped for its journey and just perfect. I love it and will buy more. Perfect for gifts too.

Beautiful Vase
I saw these advertised and thought what a great idea, pairing flowers with your favourite books! A perfect gift for a friend! Bought one for myself also. Both Wuthering Heights. Customer service was exceptional. Delivery was very fast. Vases arrived well protected and in a lovely gift box too. I will be looking out for more of my favourite books!

Product good, customer service terrible
The product arrived as advertised, two weeks after their estimated delivery window. Their customer service team was very unhelpful, and did not offer any kind of solution or refund until I demanded it. And even then, they only refunded half of the shipping. I am satisfied with the products, but will not be purchasing from them again.

Once again, I truly appreciate your honest feedback and regret that we let you down. Wishing you all the best, and thank you again for your time.
