Not a good experience with Karen at Bicton travel. Our concerns were brushed aside when raised. Very defensive , she just didn’t seem interested! We read many reviews before we went to this travel... もっず芋る

Comparing to other travel agents, Bicton Travel is very average . Nothing outstanding.

Further details about ATAS accreditation and what this mean can be found HERE In 2016 Carole Smethurst was inducted into the CLIA Cruise Hall of Fame for her service to the cruise industry. We find Bicton Travel especially our


We find Bicton Travel especially our travel consultant Julie Mcmillan to be a wonderful and professional person to handle our travel arrangements. Nothing is to much trouble and her expert knowledge is wonderful. We can go away knowing everything is in place and our trip will run smooth. Customer service from all Bicton travel consultants are first class.

"Personal Travel Consultant" Experience without the price tag!

We have our "personal travel consultant" Michele who does an amazing job every time we book a holiday. Michele listens to what our holiday wishes are and helps us to find the best way to make these happen in the most lovely, but also most economical way.
Michele truly takes her time to check all options, suggest alternatives and nothing is asked to much!
She keeps the line of communication open and provides excellent customer service, before, during & after our holiday!
We couldn't recommend Michele & Bicton Travel highly enough!
