Mostly excellent
Cabin was excellent- well kept but was cleaned 1 minute to 4 and floors were wet when we entered so we had to wait to occupy. Also cigarette butts left in yard and debris, not ours, they took away from experience.

Painful Booking process but great stay
While the online and app driven processes are painful, repetitive and some didnât work (including taking pictures of your CC), the folks in the office were very helpful in working thru it. The property was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Hi Hani!
Thank you for your review! Weâre thrilled you enjoyed the location and found the cabin clean and well-equipped. It sounds like the family had a blast in the snow and cozying up by the wood-burning stove. Weâd love to host you again for another fun getaway!
The cabin was nice
The cabin was nice. The only downside was that the first cabin we were placed in didnât have Wi-Fi or a washing machine. Keep that in mind if itâs important to you. Later, they moved us to another cabin. It was also cozy and pleasant, but the heating didnât work well, and we had to turn on space heaters in every room because it was very cold outside. Other than that, the location was great: thereâs a lake nearby, itâs nice to walk around, quiet, and peaceful. Overall, it was a very pleasant place.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback! Weâre glad you found the cabins cozy, pleasant, and well-located near the lake. We do want to note that the first property you were placed in does not include Wi-Fi or a washing machine, as mentioned in the listing. We apologize for the heating issues in the second cabin and appreciate your understanding. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for future guests, and weâre happy you still had a very pleasant stay overall.

Hi Nayeli!
¡Muchas gracias por tu reseña! Nos alegra saber que la cabaña fue excelente y que el servicio y la comunicación cumplieron con tus expectativas. ¡Será un placer recibirte de nuevo en el futuro!
Disappointed
We were really excited for this stay, but a few things made the experience disappointing. The cabin wasnât properly cleaned â there was animal hair throughout, and we dealt with allergies the entire trip. The hot tub was also left at 20 degrees, so it couldnât be used the whole first night, which was one of the main reasons we booked this place. On top of that, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the location was nice, but the basics definitely fell short.

Hi Brooke!
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Weâre very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, thatâs not the standard we aim to provide. The cleanliness concerns and the hot tub not being heated upon arrival are unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, especially since the hot tub was one of the main reasons you chose this cabin. We will also address the bedding comfort with the owner to ensure future guests have a better experience.
We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can follow up with our team and prevent this from happening again. If you decide to stay with us in the future, weâd love the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience.
