Helpful staff in Rome, happy to help.

I liked the experience. My family and I were able to visit most of the attractions even though we had one short day service due to some incidents in the city, was disappointed because the service was limited and we waist time. Could be nice if the company alerts you about it and allows you to use the ticket next day. Recommend if you have few days to visit and want to see everything.

Good trip and many amazing areas that we have visited

We selected the premium ticket for 2 days access. We toured the regular red route on the 1st day as well as the purple route. On day 2 we took in Vatican city and returned later in the afternoon. Overall the buses were in good shape although we did have some intermittent sound system problems on the purple bus. The drivers were very good at providing us with good close access to the sites.

No complaints about the frequency of buses, they always seemed to be there or maybe a short wait. Some of the stops are still a long walk from the attractions but I assume this is due to local rules. The longest were The Vatican, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain but overall very informative and enjoyable with many good sights. Great for a short city break like ours.

The buses were dependable and tour information was clear and informative. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Not disappointed with the service at all.

Purple buses skipped stop no. 5 without notice. Had to ask and walk 15 minutes to next stop. No WiFi

Not enough buses, staff not helpful. Best use any of the others to save you watching their bus go by. 9 buses from other companies went past at coliseum

Not as many buses as other hop on/off operators, so every wait was a long one. Few stops, all a considerable walk from the sights. No air conditioning on board, so VERY uncomfortable. Staff not very cheerful. Buses were overcrowded. You would get far better value from the public transportation, with air conditioned, frequent buses to ALL the sights. Bought an ‘extra’ through the website, tickets for Domitan Stadium, which was not recognised at the entrance. My advice: use public transport.

this is a great way to not only see the city, but organize the sites that you want to see. Getting on and off at various locations, gave me freedom to see most of the major sites, without the long walking from site to site. Great value for time and money.

Tour was great. First bus was full on the upper level so they brought a 2nd one so everyone could enjoy the weather and view from outside.

Relaxing way to get around the hustle and bustle of Rome. Interesting commentary, buses every 10-15 minutes. Stops close to all the sights and staff attentive and helpful.

Using Big Bus around was a great pleasure. The most important highlight was a night tour where Viola did a great job and it was awesome tour full of jokes and anecdotes ! We had 3 day ticket and we just enjoyed it. You can check in app where the bus is and if there is any coming soon. That’s just great !

The staff of the Big Bus Tour Rome were amazing. They gave us some great tips of where to see Rome at sunset and more. This was our first visit and first time using Big Bus Tour and this was the best way to travel in Rome and see the most popular destinations. I would definitely use them again when I return and search for them for other travel destinations.

Not regular times as expected, too long waiting in all stops.
No internet service in any of te buses taken over 3 days and neither on the night line.
I wont recommend this service.

There are too many interesting memorable sites and just not enough stops. They should have a stop at piazza repubblica and Torre Argentina where Julius Caesar was killed also the narrative should include more information about that great man and how he was responsible for the enduring legacy of Rome There should be a stop for the Piazza Navonna which connects to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain also to the market add also a stop at Jewish ghetto that connects to Trestevere neighborhood
