In October of 2024 I purchased a Big Jeff Audio 22AH Lithium battery for my car audio setup at a hefty price of nearly $400, I did an extensive amount of research prior to buying this, made sure I installed it properly with 0 gage OFC wire in parallel with my XS power battery with a 500-amp battery isolator. This is not my first rodeo; I know what I am doing. Fast forward a year and a half later I find the battery has swelled and busted the case, I immediately removed the battery from my vehicle and contacted Big Jeff Car Audio , sent pictures to them, and I was told that the battery (which has a typical life expectancy of 5 to 10 years) only had a 1 year warranty and a replacement would not be covered. I was offered a $40 discount on a replacement as a courtesy. They gave a long list of excuses to why the battery failed, none of which were their fault. They also stated that no other battery company warranties their batteries for over a year, that's a lie, XS power (who actually makes this battery for them) warranties their 3400 AMG batteries for 3 years. I was a first-time customer and that will be the last time I will purchase anything from them. To spend $400 on a battery, only to have it fail just after the warranty expired and the company not stand behind the products they sell is ridiculous.

Ordered a decibal meter 2 weeks ago still had not arrive and everytime i email them they just put it was shipped obviously it was lost in the mail and there too cheap to replace it to satisfy 1st time customer

Great service quicker delivery then most

I ordered a $39 subwoofer grill on February 20 2026. It was supposed to be a 15 inch DD audio grill, but what they sent me was an 18 inch not even in any packaging just loose wrapped in a box with rust on the inside of the mounting holes. Within the hour that it was delivered, I was in contact with them via email telling them they sent me the wrong product. I received correspondence almost immediately assuring me they would make it right. I was contacted by somebody stating they were in the customer service department and they would be emailing me a return label. She also told me they were going to try to get the correct merchandise out that day (Friday the 27th of February) if not, it would 100% get out on Monday March 2. I dropped the merchandise off at the post office with the return label that they requested on Monday March 2 expecting my merchandise to already be on the way. When I contacted customer service again on Wednesday, March 4 I was told my merchandise would not be shipped until they could track what I was sending back. I told them it was at the post office for at least 48 hours at that point that I want my correct merchandise. On March 8, I received an email that my correct merchandise has shipped. When I woke up Saturday, March 9 it stated that it had been “canceled by the shipper”. I immediately demanded a refund for the money that they just stole from me. After reading reviews all over online recently of this company, I reached out to law-enforcement in Marion County Fla. To my surprise, I was told there are SEVERAL complaints and a current fraud investigation going on against this company for: Theft by deception, Deceitful business practices and Consumer fraud by both the state level and Marion County. I wonder if their vendors know how they treat consumers and who they’re doing business with, especially with open serious allegations.. At this point it has been almost 3 weeks since my original purchase and I do not have the merchandise that they were paid for, that is the textbook definition of theft. They have 7 days from the time of this review before I file in my Home state both criminally and civilly. I would not recommend buying anything from this company or it subsidiaries

About 8 months ago I purchased a $500 subwoofer and they sent me the wrong model. The one they sent only cost $180. Contacted them and did everything that was asked and then they never made it right! I stopped doing business with them for a while and one day chose to take the risk of shopping with big Jeff again because they had a great deal on a loaded sub enclosure. Well the subwoofer wound up being defective so I contact support and again jumped through all the hoops for them to tell me only thing they will do is sell me another one for a discounted price smh! Ripping me off twice just wasn't good enough it seems so they thought they would give it a 3rd try lmao! Idc how good the deal is I'm not trusting big Jeff's audio for nothing. I should have known if it's too good to be true it's probably a scam!

Shipping took a while but i should blame usps for that but package arrived so service was good i suppose

Customer service is horrible they recommend the wrong part then have to order one from parent company for it to just not come and send you some random off brand.
