Very fast shipping! Well packaged. Got an email every step of the way from Big Jeff and his team. Unfortunately I did not get the sticker that was ordered. Other than that will be ordering from Big Jeff all the time.

Great service with quick delivery. The tracking process was a little strange said delivered but wasn’t. Had 2 tracking so was a little confused. But the product arrived safe with no damage.

Shipping was fast and they have a great selection. I only gave 4 stars because I kept having problems ordering from their site but was able to call the shop and easily get my order placed.

Speaker frames were dent likely from shipping but the speakers sound good so we'll see how they hold up. Damage seems to be a common issue with galeforce reviews

I purchased a full B2 Audio system (four speakers and an amp) last year as a Christmas gift for my fiancé, based on recommendations from Gately Audio and B2’s own marketing and YouTube content. We even drove to Ocala, FL, to pick it up directly.

For nearly a year, everything worked fine—until one speaker failed. My fiancé filed a warranty claim, but B2 Audio denied it, claiming the speaker had been “overplayed beyond its limits” and “improperly set up.” That explanation makes no sense considering the other three identical speakers, all installed and powered the same way, continue to work perfectly.

The setup was done carefully and even complimented by local professional audio shops for its clean, professional wiring. Yet B2 refuses to stand behind their product. Instead of honoring the warranty, they offered only a 25% discount on a recone—a “courtesy” that feels more like a cash grab after selling a product that didn’t hold up.

For the amount of money I spent, I expected better quality and actual warranty support. Sadly, B2 Audio doesn’t stand behind their products or their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliability, accountability, or true customer service.

Love the selection when it's available. 80 percent is out of stock. No point having online access without supply. Other than that shipping was reasonable and quick.
