This is probably one of the better sites I've played. Their redemptions typically happen in 48 hours or less. Good VIP rewards. It was a slight hassle to be completely get verified, but once I was it's been a breeze.

ATTENTION: Do not listen to a single negative review. I have played, won, and cashed out 50+ times now.
For example some guy who wrote a 1 star review with a novel down below essentially giving a long winded explanation as to why he’s a degenerate with no self control.
Yes, the verification process was a bit annoying and took about a week. But it got done and has been smooth sailing. On top of that, every day you get from 15-60 credits which can be redeemed for free spins. Just for logging in every day.
The only annoying part to this casino is they make you withdraw in $50 increments. I would rate it as a 4 star casino due to that one aspect. However I put 5 just to try to offset the ridiculous 2.7 star overall score. These guys are GREAT.

Pure scam they won't pay winners
Pure scam they won't pay winners. Large round of chargebacks going so if you are within 60 days of purchase and used a credit card and they also stole your money file ASAP. The more people that stand up against these scammers the better chance we have of getting our funds back and preventing others from being able to purchase and get scammed too.

Im confused by the 2.5 stars here. Willing to update this review if anything changes... I am trying to cash out a measly $50 redemption and they took around a day to verify my identity. Now when I go back in to try to process the transaction, and choose "push to card" they are asking for my FULL Social Security Number??? I have cashed out on multiple sites and not one has (A. Ever taken a day to confirm my identity or (B. Asked me to provide my full social security number. Is this something anyone else has run into?

DON’T DO IT!!!
When I first started playing I was a little apprehensive due to the reviews but I did win and was able to cash out at first. I actually won a fair amount but the only redemption that would work was via push to card which was in $200 increments only. It would not push to card anymore than that. I did several redemptions over the next week and then of course ended up losing the balance by playing it down as all gamblers tend to do so was disappointed i was unable to claim all at once and have funds sent to me which enabled me to continue game play. I wasn’t going to continue playing but received a message of VIP status in which the manager added complimentary diamonds for me to play with, ended up winning some money and was able to cash out. Then I put money in via a new debit card and spent way more before I won so it’s like I was being penalized for a few wins. Finally managed to win some money but not anything compared to the losses. Decided to cash out and be done for a while but the option to cash out to card was gone and only via bank account would work. Submitted my request and it sat there unprocessed for several days. Reached out to customer service several times and kept getting the same “it takes up to 3 business days”, even though my previous redemptions processed in 24 hours. Finally a week later they come back and say even though i was already verified that i would need to submit verification documents. One which was my Apple Pay account which is a prepaid type card so Apple wallet has the number but my name isn’t on the screen, they asked for a statement which i notified them it’s a prepaid card and no response of course. Was able to generate a report that had my purchases on it with my name but the account number shown does not show the digital ecard number. Submitted and emailed to let them know that’s all i have and they stilll rejected. At this point they just don’t want to pay me for the small amount I won. This site really should be closed down, have never had any issues close to this. And being a VIP is a crock. That means nothing, your vip manager is no help. I promise you if you put money in this site you will regret it. I wish i had paid attention to previous reviews that gave them 1 star.

Scam. Do not put money into this site.
Joined this site in December. As soon as I tried to redeem they locked my account and demanded my bank statements from November. I explained to them I wasn't on their site then, but they kept demanding them anyway. I finally just sent them and they rejected them for being the wrong date. So then I sent the correct one and they rejected it and starting demanding the one from November again. Support will not answer any questions or be reasoned with. They just make demands over and over and when you comply they make different demands. Total scam.
